4 STAR TENNIS ACADEMY AT BULLIS ADULT PROGRAMS
4 Star Tennis Academy is proud to announce that we will be offering adult classes at the Bullis
School starting this fall. We will initially offer two 12-week sessions which consist of women’s
Doubles Clinics, Cardio Tennis, and Cardio Plus Tennis classes. Please note, for all players there
is a $50 patron’s fee.
First Session: Thursday, October 13th 2011 – Monday, January 23th 2012
During the first session, classes will not be held the following dates: 11/24, 11/25, 12/1912/30, and 1/16/2012.
Second Session: Tuesday, January 24rd 2012 – Monday, April 16th 2012
During the second session, classes will not be held the following date: 2/20/2012.
Doubles Clinics: Our ladies Doubles Clinics are available for players of all abilities – from those
new to the game to the experienced player looking to improve their game. Each clinic
comprises a 10-15 minute warm-up, fed-ball drilling, competitive drills, and match play. Our
clinics are designed to improve various aspects of technique, footwork, and strategy. There will
be four players and one teaching pro per court. Morning classes will be held 9:30-11:00am,
Monday through Friday. Afternoon classes will be held 12:00-1:30pm on Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday; Tuesday and Thursday classes will be held 12:30-2:00pm. $360 per Session
Cardio Tennis: Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of
tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning aerobic
workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels. It provides a great
introduction to tennis for beginners while also giving experienced players a chance to work on
their game. This class is designed to have 8 players per court. Each class will be held 11:00am12:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. $240 per Session
Cardio Plus Tennis: Cardio Plus Tennis is a fusion of cardio tennis and doubles. Players are
immersed in doubles situations with aerobic live ball drills combining cardiovascular exercise
with the strategy and tactics associated with high-level doubles play. This class is designed for
all levels playing among each other and will be held 11:00am-12:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday.
$300 per Session
All clinics will be held at the Bullis School tennis facility at 10601 Falls Rd,
Potomac, MD 20854

NOTE: REGISTRATIONS are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment for each semester must
accompany the registration. CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWALS must be received prior to the start of the
semester and are subject to a $50 service charge. If a player cancels/withdraws due to injury, illness, or any
other reason after the start of the semester, REFUNDS will NOT be issued. REFUNDS will NOT be given for
missed classes which can be made up during the semester by attending classes on other days, space permitting.
RELEASE: I have read and accept the conditions stated above. By signing this document, I agree to hold
the 4 Star Tennis Academy and The Bullis School harmless for injury or loss that may occur as a result of
my participation in 4 Star activities.
