Enquiries: 6205 1233. 11.00 am-12.30 pm Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary CARING FOR NGUNNAWAL COUNTRY The Mulligans Flat area was an important meeting place for Aboriginal people. Learn how Ngunnawal people managed the landscape and made tools and artefacts from resources in the bush. Try your hand at making stone axes and rope, throw a spear, be ‘painted up’ with ochre and join in on some traditional Aboriginal games. This activity is conducted by Aboriginal staff in the Parks and Conservation Service Caring for Country Program, an initiative developed in partnership with Forde Developments.
