By submitting this application you are agreeing to take care of the dog well,
provide proper vet care, feed him/her good quality food, provide water at all
times, exercise the dog appropriately (usually at least 1 hour daily), and teach
the dog to behave properly. You are also agreeing to keep the dog indoors at all
times except when you are outside with the dog. No Blue Sky Rescue dog is
allowed to be chained or be considered an outdoor dog. Adopting a companion
animal is a family decision. This companion animal will be a family member
and just as with other family members, the responsibility of the entire family. If
at any time you can no longer keep the dog, he/she must be returned to Blue
Sky Rescue.
