date. There can be no exceptions to this requirement.

We believe that you should have input into the letters of recommendation that we write to colleges and universities on
your behalf. Your responses to these questions will be very helpful to your teachers and your counselor. Please complete
and return this form to your counselor no later than 10 school days before the recommendation due date.
Recommendation letters cannot be completed without your brag sheet and minimum of 10 school days’ notice. There
will be no exceptions to this requirement.
Recommendation letters are required to be submitted electronically via a link sent from directly from the college
admissions office. Please make sure you have the correct spelling of your counselor/teacher recommenders’ name,
as well as their correct email address before listing them as recommenders on your application.
