Corrales Soccer Club Scholarship Program




The Corrales Soccer club has 18 financial aid full scholarships (or up to 36 partial
scholarships with any combination) available for the 2012 / 2013 year. Scholarships
are for all age groups and levels of competition. Scholarships cover the cost of
registration $85 per player for the full, $42 for the partial), but does not include
uniforms, tournament fees, or other discretionary expenses.
Some form of volunteerism (monitoring at club events like 3v3, UNM Lobo camp or
tournaments) is required from parents or children.
Corrales Scholarship Committee will use a weighted system based on financial need
and other criteria to evaluate awarding Scholarships.
Priority may be given to first time submissions as well as the needs for balance to
specific age groups and team rosters.
Eligibility



Must be an active Corrales Soccer Club player
Must be willing to volunteer at Corrales Soccer Club fundraising events (tournaments,
swap meet, UNM Camps, 3v3 summer).
Must meet financial aid criteria.
Application Procedure
An applicant must include all of the following:
1. A complete (sponsor, personal information, income affidavit and short answers) and
submitted application
Completed applications must be postmarked no later than July 20, 2012. All applicants,
including the scholarship recipients, will be notified by mail on or before August 3, 2012.

information in this document, if the information is found to be inaccurate at
the time of the submission CSC may deny the scholarship or request repayment.
The application and personal essay must be complete and received by July 20,
2012 in only one of two formats:
