Member Engagement Subcommittee (two-year term, 2015-2017)
The Member Engagement Subcommittee explores ways to engage existing GWIMS members as well as
ways to grow the GWIMS community. Meets every other month via conference call.
Project Development Subcommittee (two-year term, 2015-2017)
The Project Development Subcommittee sets the direction and focus of GWIMS scholarly collaborative
projects, provides nonfinancial resources for members to promote faculty and institutional
development, and identifies areas for fostering scholarship and empowering women in academic medicine.
This subcommittee is responsible for the GWIMS Toolkit. Meets monthly via conference call.
GWIMSWatch Subcommittee (two-year term, 2015-2017)
The GWIMSWatch Subcommittee sets the strategic direction as well as develops and solicits the content
for the GWIMSWatch quarterly newsletter, in addition to managing the GWIMS presence on social media.
Meets every other month via conference call.
