BROAD PURPOSE OF THE JOB To be responsible for the management of the Systems owned by the Human Resources Directorate, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Human Resource Management system (HR Online) and the eLearning and Process Mapping software. Responsible for the delivery of Management Information. B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Learning Management System Manage version upgrades and patches required for the LMS, liaising closely with the system provider, IT services, and Quality Assurance. Provide technical support to all LMS users within the business; liaise with the LMS system provider and IT services to resolve issues. Support the use of learning technologies, including technical integration of eLearning software with the LMS. Develop processes within the LMS by optimising the functions available within the system that will be of benefit to R&D. Ensure LMS is maintained in a way that adheres to regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with LMS administrators in Cambridge and Limburg and across Independent Associated Companies (IACs) to ensure consistency and best practices are maintained. Contribute to the LMS Governance Group as required. Optimising reporting capability from the system. Human Resources Management system Configure and maintain the Human Resources Management system providing necessary functionality to support daily activities of Mundipharma Research Human Resources, Line Managers and employees. Liaise with the Reward Team to manage the Human Resources Management system. Provide technical support to all HR Online users within the business; liaise with the Human Resources Management system provider and IT services to resolve issues. Business Process System Specialist Document1 Page 1 of 3 Delivery of Management Information Ensure that accurate historical and current data is collected and maintained Analyse and present data to management, including evaluation comparisons, analyses of participation numbers and training needs. Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong and efficient working relationships with external providers and with our relevant IACs IT specialist in Cambridge and Limburg General Administrative Support Provide high level support to the HR directorate ensuring confidentiality of data and issues Other responsibilities Provide support to the Business & Process Development Manager in the analysis and mapping of business processes. Support the implementation and embedding of other Business Process change across the business. Develop innovative ways for HR to gain maximum benefit from our SharePoint site. Take responsibility for personal learning and development in order to reach, and maintain the required level of skills, knowledge and experience to perform the role To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested by the Line Manager. C. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Graduate calibre, ideally with a degree in a scientific or IT related discipline. Experience of supporting database applications, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry. General systems support skills, providing support to users and resolution of technical issues. Experience of business analysis and process mapping. Ability to explore, interrogate and document user requirements. Problem solving, brainstorm and an ability to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Methodical approach and excellent attention to detail. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Cultural sensitivity gained from experience within diverse environments. D.
