Liberal Arts Strategic Enrollment Management Plan Our plan focuses on Outreach (High School Capture Rate, Full-time Enrollment) and In-reach (Academic Success as Measured by Persistence and Retention) Create a Liberal Arts Community Advisory Board (first meeting, April 2015) Liberal Arts Dean, Chairs, and Coordinators meet as a team with our High School counterparts at their campuses Expand DE, emphasizing quality standards and outcomes (Brett Myhren/training for chairs/individual faculty) 2. 2013-2014 College Degree Awards Data (see attachment) 3.
