A school member of staff(s) must be present with
the group in accordance with school ratios. A
minimum of two adults in mandatory, one of
whom must be a full time teacher.

regular head counts by the teacher;

procedure and their pupils made aware of it in the
welcome introduction. Procedure lists what to do
should they get lost, and who to contact.
