Dear Parent/Guardian,

Now that construction is beginning on the new addition at Holy Trinity, we would like to inform
you of some changes to classroom drop off and pick-up locations. All students will continue to
use the exit doors as arranged by their teacher at the start of the year except the following:

Mrs. Bens Gr. 1 and Mrs. Melehes Gr.1/2
- will enter and exit at the portable side doors;

Mr. Bilodeau and Mrs. Occhuito Gr.4
- will enter and exit at the portable side doors;

Ms. Nettleton and Mr. Matteis Gr.5
- will enter and exit at the portable side doors.
Should the need arise for pavement only recesses the:
 Gr. 7/8 students will be relocated to the front driveway of the school. Please be
aware that during recess and lunch times the front driveway will be off limits. If
you need to drop off or pick-up during these times, please use the parking lot or
make alternative arrangements;
 Gr. 4/5/6 will be on the pavement with the primary classes;
 A gym rotation may also be considered based on availability.
Please note that these changes are tentative; once construction is fully underway we might
need to adjust entry/exit and recess locations.
