Minutes of last meeting: Correction in Matters Arising. Caversham Trents did respond with a guilty plea to
the charge issued
Matters Arising:
Item 6 (Club charges)
U11 Stanford Youth admit League was not informed but did text the opposition. Fine of £15.00 imposed.
b. U13 North Leigh. Response received from North Leigh saying they actually only had 8 players available
and were unable to get letter from this parent. Fine of £15.00 imposed. Game to be rearranged.
c. U15 Oxford Blackbirds. (2 charges) No response from Blackbirds for either charge. Fine of £15.00 for
each offence. Both games awarded to opposition.
d. U13 Chalgrove Cavaliers. Response from Chalgrove-manager had left message on Kennington managers
voicemail but had no reply so called game off. Fine of £15.00. Game to be rearranged.
e. U 13 Grove Challengers. Response from Grove saying players had been in France and their flight was
delayed 48hrs due to events in Paris. No fine and game to be rearranged.
1 Results not submitted on time (Rule 11.B). Scale A fine of £10.00

3. Club Charge issued (Will be dealt with at next meeting when clubs have replied to charge)
5th December. U11 Abingdon United v Abingdon Youth.
Postponed by Abingdon United. No form or letters of explanation received.
12th December. U10 Summertown Cobras v Stonesfield.
Postponed by Summertown due to Cutteslowe pitches being unfit. However all other games at Cutteslowe
were played on that day?
12th December. U15 Cup Oxford Blackbirds v Florence Park
Postponed by Blackbirds. No form or letters of explanation received.
20th December
U14 Thame Colts v Cold Ash (Called off by both teams)
U15 Oxford Irish v Harwell & Hendred (Postponed by Harwell)
Teams did send in letters of explanation saying players away due to school holidays. However League
Fixtures Secretary should have been informed 21 days prior as per rules.
U15 Milton v Oxford Blackbirds
Postponed by Blackbirds. No form or letters received.
4. A.O.B
On checking match cards the Registration Secretary has found a number of anomalies and is contacting the
clubs concerned for clarification. Will report back at next meeting.
