FINANCIAL SUPPORT 15 scholarships are offered by the TLI and the NUPS. Preference is given to members of national or ethnic, linguistic or religious minorities. Nine partial scholarships cover the participation fee (tuition, accommodation, meals, and cultural events). The travel costs are not covered. Six full scholarships for overseas applicants cover the participation fee (tuition, accommodation, meals, and cultural events) and the travel costs to Budapest (except airport transfer). VISA fees are not covered. Applicants for scholarship are expected to have a current interest or work in the field of minority protection and plans for future career where they can use the knowledge, contacts, and skills acquired.
