Isolation and Identification of Multiple Drug Resistance bacteria
from hospital waste and studies on their control using various medicinal
plants. From Helix Biogenesis, sec.2, noida.
Techniques Known:
Molecular biology techniques: - Quantitative and qualitative analysis
of nucleic acid. Genomic DNA isolation from bio- molecules such as
whole blood, saliva, mouth wash, plant material and microbial culture.
Plasmid DNA isolation. Separation of nucleic acid by agarose gel
electrophoresis. Gene amplification by PCR.
Micro biology techniques:- Media preparation, plating, staining of
organism, sterilization.
Bioinformatics techniques:- Databases, sequence analysis, alignment
algorithm.
Immunological techniques:- ELISA, RIA.
Chromatographic techniques:-Paper chromatography, TLC, affinity
chromatography.
