Legally is a condition or a situation of being allowed or the official rules accept that. It is
in a given environment or situation that is allowable or that are recognized by the law. Example,
it is legally right for a nuclear maintenance engineer to be at the nuclear plant facility at any
time, but it is very illicit for a common individual to be around the plant all the time.
Ethically on the other hand is the form of conduct that involves what is good, just and
what is bad. It is part of our everyday activities we engage ourselves in, at different
environments. In everyday lives, we believe that what’s good is what is best for the majority, and
the opposite might be true. Bad behaviors are mostly called bad morals, and individuals who lack
morals lack ethics. There are several forms of ethics depending on nature of the environment or
workplaces.
Acceptance of the law spans a wider sphere of our daily businesses and our activities. It
gives us ability to do and to deliver our services and duties diligently because we have
confidence; we have the right by law to do so. Institution on land can reach their goals and attain
their missions because they are in good terms and are licit by law to carry out their services.
Contrary to other companies and facilities which operates illegally and are always confined to
deliver or limited to serve its duties irrespective whether the services are just or not.
Ethically right is sweet and can give a sure performance.Example, going to an office to
see the manager and your level of conduct are high, is the standard you can impress everybody
at different levels of the organization just with being ethically right. In many situations, you only
get served well, and your request carried out precisely if you have the right contact with the
persons in authority. Business deals are mostly sealed and accomplished with shortest time
possible when the parties on it are on the same standards of ethic.For everything nice and
pleasing good ethics is involved.

Frustrations, stress at workplace, lack of proper channel of information in the workplace,
poor performance in some company or institutional departments, lack of promotion in an
organization, lack of teamwork in an institution, etc.All these are results of the wrong ethics.
Being ethically wrong can cost an individual the rest of his/her life lest a mind of change comes
in.
Some situation might be legally right and ethically not acceptable. For instance, a case of
an engineer at a workshop, it's lunch time, and the task is in progress, suppose he takes food in
there the workshop and start eating as he works. Yes, it’s right for him to take lunch but it's
totally unethical to take lunch at that place.
Human rights are legal; access to information is part of our lives, and everyone is entailed
to get it. But accessing information at a right place and at a wrong time can raise an issue. Take a
scenario of a chief security officer late hour of the night got in an office that will raise an issue.
It's right to get the info about security issues, but it has limits as per the rules of the institution.
Legally right and ethically the wrong cost you to miss a lot of great and nice deals in
business and in general life. It's only the law that gives you the go ahead to do a given business
or activity. But suppose you don’t have the right customers.Suppose you don’t have ethics, or
you are unethical, you will miss the clients the potential customers who are the larger market
providers of the products or the services you are producing.
A good code of contact with people in different places and situation can bring a lot of
great and sweet deals. With it, strangers can become the greatest and the closest helpers during
the time of need. Being good and doing well to people always pay. We are in the world where
everything circumnavigates. The nature of hospitality and the goodness with your environment
will be delivered to you with the same size you offered at your turn.

To conclude, it is better to be ethically right and legally wrong than to be legally right and
ethically wrong, a lot is missed when you are in the later phrase. It cost you less and not much
pain to be ethical as compared to be unethical. On legality an illegality it’s just a law you will
deal with .and law metal sharpens other metal. The law in hand A will deal with the law on hand
B. Moreover, the law is man-made and can be twisted times to suit one's need or if its extreme,
but ethics is a lifetime experience, and it is our life.
