Jordan Reinwald Michel Rodriguez Cintras Katie van Der Mars Claire Goodwille
Jordan Reinwald Week 2Former student of CCD and originally from Lincoln, NE graduated with a degree in Dance Performance from
Columbia College Chicago in 2012. Since graduation, Jordan has danced professionally with Winifred Haun and Dancers, Micheline Heel
(Mish/Mash Dance Company), Khecari, The Civic Ballet of Chicago, Erin Kilmurray and The Inconvenience, The Laboratory Dancers, Isabelle
Collazo, Emily Stein, and in a special commission by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events by Austrian Choreographer
Willi Dorner. Jordan works with The Chicago Moving Company, The Jillana School, and River North Dance Chicago to teach children of all ages
Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Composition, Partnering, Latin, and Swing dancing. In addition to dancing and teaching, Jordan is a dance critic, writing reviews and features for Examiner.com and Clef Notes Journal. She is also the Administrative Intern at River North Dance Chicago, and the
Development Director for The Cambrians Incorporated.
Michel Rodriguez Cintras Week 2-
Michel was born in Havana, and is a former member of Danza Contemporanea de Cuba and Hedwig
Dances, through which he has worked with notable choreographers Jan Linkens, Kenneth Kvarnstrom, Samir Akika, Cathy Marston, Luca Bruni,
Rafael Bonachela, George Cespedes, Susan Marshall and Andrea Miller. Choreography credits include 3 works for Hedwig Dances, one of which was a finalist in the A.W.A.R.D Show 2010, and a work for Columbia College Chicago's faculty concert, where he is adjunct faculty. Other performance credits include: CDI/Concert Dance, Khecari Dance Theatre and Chicago Moving Company. Rodriguez is the recipient of a 2013
3Arts Award in Dance and was named one of “The Men of 2010” by TimeOut Chicago. He was featured in Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch” in
2014 and has been nominated for the Princess Grace Award in 2015. He is a company member with Lucky Plush Productions and The Cambrians
Incorporated .
Katie Van Der Mars-Week 1, 3, 4Katie van der Mars is a graduate of the University of Utah where she received her B.F.A. in ballet performance. She began her training in classical ballet at Corvallis Academy of Ballet in Corvallis, Oregon. Katie trained during summers with
Atlanta Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and Ballet West. During her time in Salt Lake City, she performed as a 3-year member of the university’s resident company, Utah Ballet, where she danced in Giselle, La Bayadere, Paquita, the pas de deux from Scheherazade, The Nutcracker, Les
Odalisques pas de trois from Le Corsaire, The Firebird, Fokine’s Ruslan & Ludmilla, and many contemporary works. At Ballet Nebraska, Katie has danced featured roles in Kennet Oberly’s Alice in Wonderland, Erika Overturff’s The Nutcracker, and Ballet Nebraska’s mixed-repertory production Momentum. Katie returns for her third season at Ballet Nebraska.
Claire Goodwille-Week 1, 3, 4Claire Goodwillie began her ballet training at Omaha Theater Ballet School of Dance. She spent summers training with Pacific Northwest Ballet and Ballet Austin. She also trained in Banff, Canada. Claire appeared in numerous Omaha Theater Ballet productions as both a student and apprentice, including The Sleeping Beauty, The Firebird and Coppélia. With Ballet Nebraska, her featured roles include Rat Queen and Dew Drop Fairy in Erika Overturff’s The Nutcracker, Red Queen in Kennet Oberly’s Alice in Wonderland, Helena in A
Midsummer Night’s Dream, vampire bride in Winthrop Corey’s Dracula, and Geisha in Matthew Carter’s Sadako. She has performed several times with Opera Omaha and Omaha Symphony. Claire returns for her fifth season with the company.
