Items heard under public comment may be for items either on or off the agenda. Action may not be
taken on items raised under public comment. The Chair may elect to take public comment on action
items on this agenda. The Chair may impose reasonable limits on the length members of the public
may speak.
4. MINUTES
a. The committee will consider the approval of the minutes from November 12th, 2014.
The committee will discuss the minutes from November 12th, 2014 and may choose to
amend or edit the minutes. Upon conclusion of the discussion the committee may choose
to approve the minutes.

5. OLD BUSINESS

Senator Reports
Each Senator shall give a report on their activities associated with the Committee on
Government Operations and their positions as Senators.
6. NEW BUSINESS
a.
S.B. 82-32 An Act To Place a Question on the Ballot for the 2015 General Election
Requesting the Authorization for the Senate of the Associated Students to Fill the
Vacant Senate Seat Following the Election of the Speaker of the Senate
A bill to create a constitutional amendment to change the composition of the senate,
where following the election of the speaker, his/her vacancy within representing their
college will be filled.
b. S.B. 82-33 An Act To Place a Question on the Ballot for the 2015 General Election
to increase the number of credits a student must be Enrolled in order to run or
hold office in the Associated students
A bill to create a constitutional amendment to increase the minimum number of credits
for an ASUN officer to take in order to hold office.
