Tickets
**Ticket arrangements have changed for Let’s Dance 2013
Arrangements for the selling of tickets to your parents / carers are as follows:
1. All schools will have their allocated ticket amount (based on 2 tickets per performer where possible)
reserved at the Dome Box Office until Monday 25th February 2013.
2. Schools to sell tickets at £8.50 per ticket to performer’s families. Unfortunately there are no
concessions for under 14’s, over 65’s etc. Each ticket sold includes a programme which will be
handed out on admission.
3. Cheques for tickets from parents are to be made payable to your school. When all tickets have
been sold or you have reached the ticket deadline, please send ONE cheque made payable to
‘Brighton Dome and Festival Ltd’ for the total number of tickets sold and include the school
booking form below. Either take it to the box office in person (opening hours are Mon – Sat, 10am to
6pm ) They will then issue all your paid for tickets for you to distribute to your parents and guardians.
4. Or post booking form and payment directly to:

**Please note postal bookings will cost £2.25 (in total)
The Dome will then post all your paid for tickets back to the contact person on the form for you to
distribute to your parents and guardians.
5. If any person would like a wheelchair access seat please contact the Dome Box Office directly at any
point to book through them. Tel: 709709
6. After Monday 25th February all remaining available tickets will go on sale directly from the Dome Box
office or via the Dome website online booking system.
I will issue each school or group with a booking form/letter once I have all the
information about how many performers are taking part.
