Should have adjustable audio visual alarms based on intelligent software warning settings. The color coded mild to servere pop up messages with alarms

10. Unit should be supplied with servo controlled humidifier, with auto feed provision. The humidifier should be compatible with the routinely used Fisher pickle and other circuits (both with and without heating wire). There should be extra heating cord supplied for the disposable circuit and the reusable circuit so that both can be used and nebulizer for effective uninterrupted

20. The firm must sign a tripartite agreement with the principal company and MCD.

21. The firm must give a warranty of five years at first instance. The inclusions and exclusions should be clearly mentioned. Rates of

CMC for next five years after expiry of warranty should also be given.

at a lower rate to any Govt. hospital.

24. The firm must certify the availability of spares and consumables for next 10 years.

25. The firm must guarantee that any complaints would be attended to within one working day and be rectified within further 48 hours. If the complaints are not rectified within the stipulated time; a standby equipment would be provided by the firm.

26. All rates to be quoted in Indian Rupees. Breakup of the total cost may be given to enable comparison.

27. List of users to be given along with performance report from at least two government hospitals.

28. The firm must have a service base in Delhi with 24 hrs service backup.

29. Demonstration is must in Hindu Rao Hospital.

30. A performance guarantee of 5% of total cost would be with held and paid after successful completion of warranty period.

31. Technical and Financial bids must be given separately.
