North Peace Saving and Credit Union "Win the Ride of a Lifetime” Contest Rules
Eligibility: The Contest is open to any Member of North Peace Savings and Credit Union who has reached the age of majority (19 years of age) in
the province of British Columbia, Canada, excluding employees of North Peace Savings and Credit Union or any of its subsidiaries and their
immediate family members.
How to play: Between June 1st and July 19th, 2013 (the "Win the Ride of a Lifetime” Contest period), each member (a "Contestant") who opts out
of receiving paper statements by switching to eStatements will be entered into the Contest for a chance to win the Prize (as defined below). This
process is free and may be completed by the member via the Member Direct Online Banking system, or by visiting a North Peace Savings & Credit
Union branch or Personal Teller Machine and requesting to opt out of paper statements from on-duty staff. Members who have completed the opt
out process prior to June 1, 2013; will automatically be entered as Contestants in the Contest.
Contest winner will be drawn on Monday, July 22nd, 2013, at 4:30 P.M. PST.
No purchase/action necessary to enter the Contest. The process of opting out of receiving paper statements by switching to eStatements is free.
Each member who completes this process will automatically be entered in the contest. Members who choose not to opt out of paper statements
may enter the contest by submitting a 300 word essay around their decision not to opt out of paper statements.
Those entries must be received at the following address prior to 4:30 PM on Friday, July 19th, 2013.

Grand Prize: Contest winner will receive the following:
-One ride in a plane with an airshow performer at the Fort St. John International Airshow on Sunday, July 28, 2013
-Two free general admission tickets to the Fort St. John International Airshow on Sunday, July 28, 2013
-Entry to the North Peace Savings VIP BBQ event at the airshow at 12:00 PM on Sunday, July 28, 2013
Random Selection: The contest winner will be selected randomly from all entries (paper statement opt outs) received no later than July 19th, 2013.
Contest winner will be notified by phone or email no later than July 25, 2013. The random selection of a winner is final, binding and without appeal.
Odds of Winning: Chances of being selected or of being declared a winner are based upon the number of eligible entries received.
Additional Terms:

Contestant agrees to abide by these Contest rules and regulations.

The selected entrant must meet physical size eligibility requirements for the plane ride, as set out by the Fort St. John International Airshow.
Should the selected entrant not meet these requirements, they may choose to transfer only that component of the prize to a friend or family
member, as described in the “transferable” section below.

The selected entrant will be responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the Fort St. John International Air Show.

The selected entrant will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Fort St. John International Air Show prior to taking the ride with an
airshow performer.

The selected entrant will be required to answer a time-limited, skill testing question prior to being declared the winner.

The selected entrant will be required to sign a declaration and release confirming the following prior to receiving the Prize: 1. the Winner has
complied with these Contest rules and regulations; 2. the Winner accepts the Prize as awarded; 3. the Winner consents to the use of his/her
name, address and/or photograph without compensation, in any publicity carried out by North Peace Savings and Credit Union and/or any
associated subsidiaries or advertising agencies; and 4. the Winner releases North Peace Savings and Credit Union from any and all liability in
connection with the awarding and use of the Prize.

North Peace Savings and Credit Union reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend or terminate this contest at any time without prior
notice.
Transferable: The Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions or alterations will be made. Only the plane ride with an airshow
performer component of the prize is transferable to a friend or family member of the contest winner, who attends the airshow with the contest
winner and meets the size requirements for the Ride of a Lifetime. The prize is not refundable. No cash value.
Applicable Laws: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
Identity of the Winner: Contestants may obtain the name of the winner by writing to North Peace Savings and Credit Union, by sending a selfaddressed, sufficiently stamped envelope, within 30 days of the applicable draw to "Win the Ride of a Lifetime Contest”, 10344-100th Street, Fort St.
John, BC V1J 3Z.1
Personal Information: Contestant personal information will be used solely for the purposes of contacting and identifying the Contest winner (both
for publicity purposes and to other contestants). Such personal information will be destroyed approximately 30 days from the date of the draw.

servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion
on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. The right is reserved to cancel or amend any portion of this contest should any cause
beyond the reasonable control of North Peace Saving s and Credit Union or their agents affect the proper administration thereof.
