Pursuant to CCSB Rule 2.05, a screening will be conducted for the purpose of determining eligibility of applicants for enrollment in the Leadership Candidate phase of the HRMD program. This screening will be in September and January. The Leadership Candidate phase screens interested applicants for eligibility to apply for school administrative positions as an Assistant Principal or other district supervisory position. Successful completion of the Leadership Candidate phase leads to ability to apply for the HRMDLeadership Development program, leading to Level II School Principal Certification. Once candidates have successfully completed all components, the applicant is eligible for the panel interview and eligible to apply for posted Assistant Principal or other district supervisory positions. Graduates of Clay UNF Educational Leadership Cohort will need to complete CET (Clinical Educator Training) before eligible for the panel interview. * Graduates of other Educational Leadership programs must complete CET, CAS (Clay Assessment System) training, the Instruction Framework online course, and Leadership course (blended) - required text: Leverage Leadership by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo. Upon successful completion of listed requirements, applicant is eligible for the panel interview. Information on these trainings will be sent to qualified applicants. *CAS, Instructional Framework and Leadership are embedded components of the Clay UNF Cohort Upon successful completion of all program components candidates will be placed in the candidate pool and eligible for posted administrative positions.
