Through the course of a nine-month internship, co-planned and taught lessons for Art 1 and Art 2
students in grades 9-12. In the second half of the internship, acted as lead teacher for a nine-week period,
planned disciplinary and interdisciplinary units. Practiced pre-assessment, formative assessment and
post assessment, pacing of lessons and developing appropriately challenging projects. Frequently
participated in Critical Friends Groups, In-Service meetings and communication with parents and
families. Assisted in the sponsorship of the Lee HS Art Club.
