Got cNOC Services for Cisco environments deliver 24 x 7 monitoring, maintenance and management by
experienced Cisco- certified network administrators. cNOC services are designed to reduce the total cost of
ownership by delivering improved Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and network infrastructure performance and reliability and
seamlessly adding on-going compliance tracking and reporting for compliance.
There are two levels of cNOC Services for Cisco network infrastructure. cNOC ASSIST delivers monitoring and alert
triaging, notification of system updates, proactive checks on infrastructure, and reporting via a secure web portal.
cNOC COMPLETE adds another layer of services focused on deep remediation/ troubleshooting, problem reporting
and coordination with Cisco TAC and management services.


CNOC Services can be varied to meet the requirements of a customer’s environments or budgets. For example,
different service levels can be used depending on the internal IT expertise or shift hours of internal IT personnel.
Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and problem escalation processes can be varied as well to meet customer
needs.
Accountability and Compliance
cNOC Services are delivered via a Seismic Gateway which provides all of the technology necessary to deliver
services. The Seismic Gateway comes with a monitoring application and templates for the Cisco infrastructure.
The Seismic Gateway manages access to network devices by role. Cisco-certified administrators performing
operations/changes on the network infrastructure will only see what is required for them to remediate the
issue(s). All login sessions into the Seismic Gateway are recorded and attached to the trouble ticket the problem
is associated with. This provides complete accountability for services and meets compliance requirements for
tracking all changes to IT operations.
