The Seismic Gateway comes with a monitoring application and templates for the Cisco infrastructure. The Seismic Gateway manages access to network devices by role. Cisco-certified administrators performing operations/changes on the network infrastructure will only see what is required for them to remediate the issue(s). All login sessions into the Seismic Gateway are recorded and attached to the trouble ticket the problem is associated with. This provides complete accountability for services and meets compliance requirements for tracking all changes to IT operations.
