COMPUTER CLERICAL COUNTER
Providing and erecting of L shaped computer counter made to
shape as per approved design / drawing / size ( 5.0 ft. approx.
W x 3.0 ft. H x 2.5 ft. D ) and made with necessary 19mm
Plywood (of approved make) frame work having one side 16"
wide storage unit consisting of 4 Nos. of sliding 5.0” deep
drawers with telescopic channels and automatic push type
locking arrangement. The table top i.e. working top shall be
provide with main laminate and 12mm glass with full molding
on all open sides. Arrangement for CPU stand, keyboard
drawer, foot rest and cable manager to be provided. Above the
working top, a glazed partition ( as facia ) up to a height of 2’-6”
shall be provided with 12mm thick toughed & frosted glass
fixed with 1”x0.5” beach wood beading to side partitions as per
fixing details as shown in the drawing. The 12mm glass
partition shall have a cut out of 6”x4” size at bottom fitted with
readymade dural fitting. There shall be a side unit of 4.0' x 1’-6”
x 2’-6” over all size made with 19mm Plywood (of approved
make) frame work having 3nos. of 5” deep drawers on upper
side and below to drawers, the cupboard unit shall be with
folding shutter & adjustable shelf all along the full width of the
credenza. All exposed and visible surfaces shall be laminated
with 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved regular shade/ 1.0mm
thick laminate of approved premium shade. All invisible
surfaces of plywood shall be laminated with 0.8 mm thick
laminate of approved shade and make. All exposed edges of
plywood shall be fixed with beach wood beading finished with
melamine polish of matching color and a footrest of 4" x 1.5"
teak wood section shall be provided with dully polished. Cost of
drawer locks (to be operated with single key) handles and other
necessary hardware’s should be considered. The item to
include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel
finish, leaping to all edges and making provision only for
electrical fitting behind the front. Vertical drop and also in the
10” x 10” boxing as shown in the drawing. All exposed edges of
glass shall be finished in mirror polish and all beading surfaces
to have with melamine polish of matching colour. The 12 mm
thick glass shall have etching (acid wash) work done as per the
drawing / instruction of engineer –in-charge (Etching cost
considered @ 40/-).
COMPUTER SINGLE WINDOW COUNTER
Providing and erecting L shaped computer cash counters as
per specification of above said computer clerical counter. In
addition, above the working top, a vertical partition of 1’-6”
height made with 12mm thick toughened and frosted glass
shall be provided. This 12mm thick glass shall be fixed with
1”x0.5” beach wood beading to side partitions as per fixing
details as shown in the drawing. The 12mm glass shall have a
6”x4” cut out at bottom fitted with dural fitting. Over that, a 1ft
wide Transaction top of 12mm thick toughed & frosted glass
fixed horizontally with 1”x0.5” beach wood beading to side
partitions shall be provided as per fixing details as shown in the
drawing. Both exposed edges (inside and outside) shall be
moulded and finished in mirror polish. Above the transaction
top, a glazed partition ( as facia ) up to a height of 1’-0”
(measured from transaction top) shall be provided with 12mm
thick toughed & frosted glass fixed with 1”x0.5” beach wood
beading to side partitions as per fixing details as shown in the
drawing. All exposed edges of glass shall be finished in mirror
polish and all beading surfaces to have with melamine polish of

PARTLY GLAZED WOODEN PARTITIONS

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing wooden partitions in
approved design / drawing up to required height (7.5 ft or
ceiling/beam bottom ht.) & made of 2.5" x 1.5" M. teakwood
vertical supporting members spaced approximately at 2.0' to
3.0' c/c (c/c distance to be adjusted as per drawings,
door/opening positions) and joined with Horizontal members of
2.5" x 1.5" M. teak wood section and spaced approximately at
1.5’ to 2.0’ c/c subject to site instructions. solid portion of
partitions will be covered with 8mm Plywood of approved make
on both sides. Partition shall be glazed up to 7.0 ft ht. above
the 0.50 ft ht. from floor level . Glazed portion of partition shall
be done with 12 mm plain float glass of approved make with
etching work (acid wash) as per design and glass is to be fixed
in BTC strip of 1”x 0.5” section and polished with zinc oxide
polish to match color of laminate. solid portion of partitions will
be laminated on both sides with approved make laminate of 1.5
mm thick laminate of approved regular shade/ 1.0mm thick
laminate of approved premium shade with fixing adhesive etc.
Vertical and horizontal groves as per drawing /site conditions.
Design / pattern of partition shall be as per approval of

ALUMUNIUM COPOSITE PANELLING :
Manufacturing, supplying and fixing ALUMINUM COPOSITE
PANELLING of ALSTONE or equivalent approved make in
approved design / drawing up to required height. Vertical and
horizontal groves as per drawing /site conditions. Design /
pattern of partition shall be as per approval of engineer-incharge. Cost to include all material and Labour charges.
DOOR WITH DOOR CLOSURE
Supply and fixing of 35 mm thick. Solid core door shutter of
approved make and laminated with 1.5 mm thick laminate of
approved regular shade/ 1.0mm thick laminate of approved
premium shade and make on both sides. A door frame made
with beach wood of 62mmx75mm size shall be provided. The
door shall be glazed with 8 mm float glass (having etching
work) OR grilled with powder coated germo décor aluminum
grill of approved pattern make etc. Glazed / grilled portion of
door shall be done in the same line / pattern as of the partition
to which it is fixed. All open edges of door shall be leaped with
M. Teak Wood beading. The door shall be fitted with door
closer of approved make with top pivot, brush steel finish
handle, 6 lever mortise lock set of three keys, heavy door
stopper and all other fittings and fixture etc. complete and as
per design and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm Glass Door with Patch fitting work
Supplying and Fixing of fully glazed Door (in single / double leaf
shutter) at approved position. The door shall be made of 12
mm thick toughened float glass & the glass shall be fitted with
Patch Fittings of approved make. The door shall be fixed on
approved make floor spring and with 2 Nos. of 18 inch S.S.
handles, one dead lock with three keys, its fittings and fixtures,
computerized vinyl push/pull sticker etc. complete all of
approved make. The 12 mm thick glass shall have etching
work (acid wash) done on it as per the drawing/ approval. Door
handle shall be of Kich Industries make, stainless steel, AISI

EXECUTIVE WORK STATION (WITH LAMINATE)
Manufacturing and supplying ‘ L’ shaped Executive work station
consisting of a table made with necessary 19mm Plywood (of
approved make) frame work having 16" wide and 2.0’ deep
storage unit on one side consisting of Four 5" deep sliding
drawers and a modesty panel. The table frame work shall be of
over all size of 6’ x 2.5' x 2.25' and it shall be fitted with 12mm
glass top of 6’ x 3’ size ( in the approved shape) on it’s top with
75mm s.s. studs & screw. There shall be a side unit of 4.0' x 1’6” x 2’-6” over all size made with 19mm Plywood (of approved
make) frame work having 3 nos. of 5” deep drawers on upper
side and below to drawers, the cupboard unit shall be with
folding shutter & adjustable shelf all along the full width of the
credenza. In the table. Arrangement of CPU stand, key board
drawer, cable manager and foot rest of 4" x 1.5" teak wood
section shall be provided and the three edges of front fascia
shall be 1.5" thick with additional ply and leaped with necessary
beach wood beading dully melamine polished. All drawer shall
be fitted with telescopic channels and automatic push type
locking arrangement and cupboards shall have locking
arrangement and all exposed edges of ply wood shall be fitted
with teak wood beading duly polished. All bidding shall have

shutter & adjustable shelf all along the full width of the
credenza. All drawer shall be fitted with telescopic channels
and automatic push type locking arrangement and cupboards
shall have locking arrangement and all exposed edges of
plywood shall be fitted with teak wood beading duly polished.

and of 1' 6" depth and made out of 19 mm thick Plywood allround and 8 mm Plywood of approved make at the back.
The19mm Plywood shelves / compartments shall be provided
at 15" c/c horizontally and 3' 0" c/c vertically. The unit shall
have hinged type shutters on the front made out of 19 mm
Plywood with approved quality concealed hinges, locks tower
bolts, knobs all as per approved quality. All external surfaces to
be laminated with 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved regular
shade/ 1.0mm thick laminate of approved premium shade and
all internal surfaces to be laminated with 0.8mm thick laminate
of approved shade & make. Front edges of shelves and all
exposed edges of plywood to be leaped with teak wood
finished with polish. Footing to be made of 2.5" x 1.5" teak
wood frame covering all four sides of bottom surface and

Supplying & fixing in position false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick

fittings as shown in the drawing for horizontal & verticals fixed
over G.I. framework as specified below by India Gypsum Co.
Ltd.
Ceiling channel (MF5) of size 80 mm x 26 mm x
0.5 mm at every 457 mm center to center. Intermediate
channel (MF7) 15x45x0.9 mm at every 1220 mm c/c.

VERTICAL BLINDS
Supplying and fixing of vertical blinds of 'Vista Leveler / Mac'
make or equivalent approved make, made of 100% Woven
Fabrics Vanes (Louvers) in 100mm width, Dust guard, PVC
coated / chemically treated for stain and flame resistance
confirming to M-1, installed with special swivel brackets of 14
gauge galvanized steel facilitating clip-on installation in the
head rail, to be controlled by a polyester braided cord attached
to the leading traveler with 1800 rotation / tilting to be controlled
by an endless ball-chain pulley, which revolves a spine shaft of
corrosion resistant aluminum extrusion, actuating a warm gear
mechanism in each traveler. The head rail shall be of powder
coated aluminum extrusion 25mm x 45mm x 1.2mm thick of
'Hindalco' or equivalent make with a groove for clip-in
installation bracket, with head rail hardware of synthetic
polymer located in by snap-in action and all selection of colour,
pattern and make as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
WRITING DESK CUM VOUCHER RACK CUM CHEQUE
COLLECTION BOXES
Manufacturing and supplying of writing desk cum voucher rack
cum cheque collection boxes made to shape and 4’x4’x1’size
as given in drawing & design. and the unit shall be fixed in
position as per site conditions and instructions. The unit shall
be made of 19 mm and 8 mm thick plywood (as shown in
drawing) and all exposed surfaces of plywood shall be
laminated with 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved regular
shade/ 1.0mm thick laminate of approved premium shade and
make. The sides of the unit / boxes shall be made of 19 mm
thick plywood, where as top, bottom, front and back of the unit /
boxes shall be made of 8mm thick plywood and the boxes shall
have slot (for dropping of cheques) and door / shutter with lock
arrangement (for collection of cheques) in position and as given
in the drawing. The unit shall rest on 2” x 1” wooden frame
work recessed at bottom of boxes. The Unit shall be fitted with
2.5’ x 1.5’ size 12 mm thick float glass of approved make and
shape as given in the drawing (with necessary hardware) for
the use as writing surface. Vertical glasses of 8 mm thick float
glass shall be provided at position and in the shape as given in
the drawing.
DISPLAY BOARD CUM INFORMATIN UNIT
Manufacturing and supplying of display board cum information
unit of 4’x2.5’ size & made to shape as given in the drawing
and design. The unit shall be fixed in position as per instruction
and site condition. This unit shall be made of 12 mm ply board
fitted to wall with rawl plug / guttis and hardware. The 12 mm
ply board shall be covered with 6 mm thick soft particle board,
including synthetic / cotton designer fabric(Rs.100/metre) etc.
complete. The all four sides of the 12 mm ply wood shall be
fitted with 2” wide border made of 18 mm thick ply wood in the
shape and design as shown in the drawing. The all exposed
faces of the plywood shall be laminated with 1.5 mm thick
laminate of approved regular shade/ 1.0mm thick laminate of
approved premium shade and make. The color& pattern of
fabric shall be as per approval of the Engineer in Charge.
WOODEN CLADDING (on wooden Frame work & Laminate)

frame work and finished with 1mm thk premium laminate in two
color of approved shade and as per the design and direction of
the employer. The boxing shall be in 18mm thk plywood and
shall be finished with 1mm thk laminate in two color as per the
design and direction of the employer. The rate shall be
inclusive of all the hardware necessary for the complete
execution of the item as per the design.
GRANITE CLADDING
Providing and laying of 20 mm thick mirror polished granite
slabs of approved shape and size in position at the wall /
column faces and as per the detail shown in the drawing, the
site condition and instructions of the Engineer in Charge. The
granite shall be first quality of telephone black , ruby red /
copper or equivalent approved granite for the design and
contrasting. Stones are to be maintained meticulously as per
the design. The rate quoted should be inclusive of removing
the existing plastering, applying the requisite lair of 1:3 cement
mortar under lay for fixing of granite in position, curing etc. all
complete in all respect. dolls and spikes shall be used to
ensure proper bonding with wall / concrete surfaces etc.
P.O.P. WORK TO WALL / SURFACE
Providing ,applying and fixing the Plaster of Paris to the
plastered/ concrete surfaces of a structure in the thickness as
required as per site condition to make the given surfaces
smooth (as required for fine type of painting work) in perfect
line & dori & plumb with proper finish. The rate shall include
cost of all material, labor, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing
& safeguarding the material etc all complete.
PLASTIC EMULSION PAINTING
Providing and applying Premium emulsion ( water based 100%
acrylic) interior paint to all type of smooth plasters, concrete,
false ceiling etc. surface. The surface to be painted shall be
made free from any loose paint, dust , grease and any fungus,
algae or moss on it shall got be removed/ sand thoroughly by
emery paper 180 and wipe clean. Then one coat of interior
grade wall primer be applied & after which any surface
imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks shall be
corrected by filing with acrylic grade wall putty. Thereafter
sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean and
apply second coat of interior grade wall primer and again
surface imperfection to be corrected. Again sand the surface
with emery paper 320 and wipe clean and then apply the
Premium emulsion in two coats. All materials shall be of Asian/
British or approved make. The color and pattern/ color
combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer in
Charge. The stock of the quantity for all material as per
manufacturer’s theoretical consumption (per unit of surface
area) shall be made available at site before commencement of
the painting work. The rate shall include cost of all material,
labor, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the
material etc all complete.
ALUMINUM SLIDING WINDOWS -- two tracks mitered
Providing and fixing in position power coated to the approved
shade aluminum sliding windows of two tracks mitered and
mechanically assembled at corners with frame size of 62 x 45
mm (Bottom frame with gutter section, bottom frame 0.90 kg /
m and top and side frames 0.838 kg/ m) shutters with sections
of 18 mm x 40 mm (Wt 0.56 kg / m ) and interlocking sections
18 mm x 40 mm ( Wt. 0.625 Kg / m ) including 5 mm thick plain
sheet clear glass, glazing clips, rubber / PVC gasket, roller
bearing encased in nylon casing and self locking catch fitted in
vertical section with all other accessories etc. complete.

DINING TABLE WITH SIX CHAIRS
Providing and placing in position Dining Table of 6’x3’ size with
Teak wood legs, 19mm ply on top finished with 1mm thick
laminate. The table to have 2.5” to 1.5” dia. tapered Teak wood
rounded legs(4 nos) and 4”x1.5” Teak wood frame work for
fitting the top. The table edge shall be fixed with 1.5” beading
with additional ply at the edges. All exposed edges of plywood
shall be fixed with Teak wood beading finished with polish of
matching color. The table should be firm& without shaking.
Polishing the invisible surfaces and all woods with French
polish. Supply of six wooden chairs without arm made of
2”x1.5” Teak wood frame with 12mm plywood curved seat and
back topped with 1mm laminate and polishing all wood work
with French polish.
