The Locust Grove Board of Education met in special session on May 15, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board
Room of the Administrative Office Building at 302 East Joe Koelsch, Locust Grove OK. 74352.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by the President, Rick Condit and the Pledge of Allegiance
was recited.
Roll Call:
Members Present: Rick Condit, Andrew Snell, Mike Stone, Rick Pierce
Members Absent: Cyndi Moore arrived at approximately 6:30 during executive session.
Visitors Present: See attached list
Motion made by Rick Condit and second by Rick Pierce to convene in executive session at 6:02 for the
purpose of conducting interviews for Basketball Coach, pursuant to Oklahoma Statute Title 25 Section
307 (B)(1). Motion carried 4-0. Pierce, yes; Stone, yes; Snell, yes; Condit, yes.
Rick Condit acknowledged the Board’s return to open session at 8:36 p.m.

Statement of Executive session minutes were read by the Clerk, Cyndi Moore.
Motion made by Rick Condit and second by Mike Stone to accept resignation of David Cash,
Superintendent. Motion carried 5-0. Pierce, yes; Moore, yes; Stone, yes; Snell, yes; Condit, yes.
Motion made by Andrew Snell and second by Rick Pierce to table action on employment of Basketball
Coach. Motion carried 5-0. Pierce, yes; Moore, yes; Stone, yes; Snell, yes; Condit, yes.
Motion made by Andrew Snell and second by Mike Stone to reconvene meeting on Monday, May 19,
2014 at 6:00 p.m. Motion carried 5-0. Pierce, yes; Moore, yes; Stone, yes; Snell, yes; Condit, yes.

At 7:26 p.m. a motion was made by Rick Condit and second by Rick Pierce to take no action at this time
on employment of Basketball Coach and reconvene this meeting on May 24, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Motion
carried 4-0. Pierce, yes; Stone, yes; Snell, yes; Condit, yes.
