Performing Arts - Halftime Showcase

This year’s Halftime Showcase will be September 16 and feature performances by student
musicians and performers representing Fine Arts at LTHS and LTMS. This event will be held at
Cavalier Stadium during the football by-week and will include performances by the LTHS marching
band and color guard, LTMS band, HBMS band, the Lake Travis Fiddlers, members of our LTHS Choir
and our LTHS Cavalette drill team. We will fill up the stands with family, friends and fans of these
wonderful groups.
Choir – Pancake Breakfast

The LTHS CavChoir will hold a community-wide pancake breakfast on October 10th. It is an all-youcan-eat pancake breakfast where our talented students perform and entertain the crowd. It is wellpublicized throughout the local community and a very popular event in Lake Travis!
LTHS Band - Spring ArtFest

The Band is organizing an inaugural event for Spring 2016! We expect to have 30-40 artists selling
their work, plus concessions, games for kids and live music. This event will be publicized throughout
the Bee Cave, Lakeway and Lake Travis communities and we expect great turn out! The event will
take place on the LTHS campus and will offer shopping, food and live music.

fest) and day of the event, where applicable

Hundreds of students, parents and visitors to LTHS will pass by these outdoor advertisements on a
daily basis during both the fall and spring semesters! If you want to get your company recognized
by families in our community – this is a great investment of your advertising dollars!

The fence is at the outer edge of the Performing Arts Center parking lot and faces Cavalier Drive.
Signs are approximately 3’ x 3’ in size and supplied by Lake Travis Band Parents, Inc. Logo provided by
business, limit of two colors. Hundreds pass by this area in front of the HS daily and it’s a great way
to promote your business to the students, parents and visitors coming to LTHS. (Renewals from 2014
are offered at $1,000)
Logo on Band Equipment Semi-Trailer

The band trailer travels with the band to all away games and marching contests. When not in use
the trailer is parked on the LTHS campus in the Performing Arts Center parking lot. Business logos
will be on both sides in white on the black Cav Band trailer and provided by Lake Travis Band Parents,
Inc. Hundreds pass by this area in front of the HS daily and it’s a great way to promote your business
to the students, parents and visitors coming to LTHS.
Combo Offer – Semi-Trailer, Fence AND Equipment Truck

You’ll get a fence sign, your company logo will go on the Semi-truck AND on the band’s white
equipment truck which travels with the band when needed and is parked on campus when not in use.
