Egypt has been a longstanding country, enduring through time. They had an established government and were recognized as a country since 3,200 B.C.. They have been overruled though for extended periods, switching hands after various lengths of time. In 1952 they escaped the control of the British empire. They then had a coup and had a few changes to their government after their overthrow. This has also led to a few economic problems that they have had to deal with.
Egypt is against terrorism of all kind, including cyber terrorism. They have been a part of a Global Counterterrorism Forum. They are even founders of the committee. This is a little bit of trouble though. They have been working on removing terrorism but there is a struggle that is still going on. They are also on some other anti terrorism committees that exist.
On the acts of targeted killing Egypt has been apart of this. They have participated in the targeted killing of Gaddafi. The overall consent of the Egyptian people was in revolution and they therefore needed Gaddafi to die. The United Nations was also involved in the tracking down of Gaddafi. Egypt’s border with Israel has also been a prime area for terrorists to plot and also for them to become a target of the Israeli government in their targeted killings.
Overall Egypt would show support for the removal of cyber terrorism and also agree with the killing of targets, depending on the crimes committed by them against the country or against any organizations that they may be in.
