- All preparations complete, volunteers for set-up and serving should be at the Roundhouse before 5:30.
- The question of torches for senior band members was raised. While this has not been a practice within the
Homecoming bonfire in the past and it would be difficult to implement this year within this short time
frame, it was agreed that the issue will be revisited following discussions with senior band members and Mr.
Parks/Ms. Marsh regarding next year’s bonfire.
Basketball Concessions
Basketball schedule – First home games Black Friday (11/27) and 11/28
Inventory and online ordering – Cindy Bone
Buying leftover supplies from Baseball, Volleyball and Band
It was agreed that PWC will buy remaining inventory from these organizations as appropriate for use in
basketball concessions in order to maximize profit and minimize waste for these organizations.
Equipment purchase – new hot dog roller
- A motion was made and passed to authorize purchase of a new hot dog roller for basketball concessions.
- Also regarding concession equipment owned by PWC, it was decided that in the future other THS
organizations wanting to use PWC concession equipment (i.e. hot dog roller, popcorn popper, Pepsi coolers,
etc.) will need to sign a loan agreement. PWC makes a significant investment in quality concession
equipment (no concession equipment is owned by THS) and wants to make it available for any THS group or
organization to use, while also exercising fiscal prudence and protecting the PWC investment. The loan
agreement will specify the equipment being used, the time frame for use and the expectations for the care
and return of the equipment. In addition, a fee may be charged to organizations who do not meet the terms
of the loan agreement (i.e. if equipment is returned dirty, damaged or unusable).
- As part of our contract with Pepsi, they have agreed to provide two different menu boards for us to use
during the basketball season.
Recruit and organize volunteers – Beth Hallauer
- Volunteer sign-ups will be available beginning November 1 for basketball concessions on the
www.volunteersignup.org website. Links will be sent out via e-mail, Facebook etc. at that time.

Kem Fischer will be attending. If anyone else is interested in attending, please contact one of these people
to carpool.
