This programme seeks to contribute to the city and the business community by promoting entrepreneurship and visible urban innovation. Sheffield Smart Lab is a programme supported by Ferrovial Services / Amey which identifies the most promising start-ups through Citymart’s challenge process recruiting solutions to the urban needs presented by Sheffield City Council. There are two challenges open for early stage startups and entrepreneurs with innovative solutions: Challenge 1: Energising Sheffield city centre Sheffield is looking to inject new vibrancy into its city centre by enabling people to maximise all that the centre has to offer.
