2015-16
KINDERGARTEN: 4 boxes of 8 count large Crayola crayons,10 glue sticks, 2 boxes of tissues, 1 roll of paper
towels, 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (not liquid soap),1 standard size backpack (No rolling wheels please,)
1 box sandwich size ziplock bags, $5.00 craft fee. Boys please bring: 1 package plain paper plates,
girls please bring: 1 package brown paper lunch bags. Additional items may be added in August.
FIRST GRADE: 3 large boxes of Kleenex tissues, 2 boxes of baby wipes, 1 large backpack, 3 packs of #2
pencils,1 pair of blunt end metal blade scissors (Fiskars is strongly recommended), 2 boxes of Crayola 24
count crayons, 2 marble composition notebooks, 2 packages of reward stickers, 10 glue sticks, 2 bottles of
pump liquid hand sanitizer, 4 pocket folders (plastic recommended), 2 packs of 4 dry erase markers, and 1
pencil box. If last name is A-G, please bring 1 box gallon size Ziploc bags. If last name is H-M, please bring 1
box Quart size Ziploc bags. If last name is N-Z, please bring in 1 box of Sandwich size Ziploc bags. NO
MARKERS PLEASE.
SECOND GRADE: 2 bottles of pump hand sanitizer, 4 packs of #2 pencils, 2 packs white wide-ruled looseleaf paper, 1 red pen, 10 glue sticks, scissors, 3 boxes of tissues, 4 pocket folders (must be: 1 red, 1 blue, 1
yellow and 1 green), 2 boxes of Crayola 24 count crayons, 3 spiral notebooks, 1 composition notebook, 1
12” ruler, 1 pack of thick dry erase markers, and 1 package of baby wipes. If last name is A-G, please bring
Ziploc gallon size bags. If last name is H-M, please bring Ziploc quart size bags. If last name is N-Z, please
bring Ziploc sandwich bags.
THIRD GRADE: 3 boxes of Crayola, 24 count, crayons, 4 packs of #2 pencils (to be collected and shared), 2
red ink pens, 2 yellow highlighters, 1 package of 4 (low odor) dry erase markers, 1 package of erasers, 2
pair of scissors (Fiskars is strongly recommended), 1 inch/centimeter plastic ruler, 20 glue sticks, 1 pencil bag
(no pencil boxes), 5 marble composition books, 2 “two pocket” folders, no brads, 1-2 packs of lined index
cards (3x5), 3 boxes of tissues, 2 containers of baby wipes. ***NOTE: Please make sure your child has at
home: scissors, glue, crayons and pencils. These will be used for daily homework and larger unit projects
that are done at home and brought to school for grades.
Ms. Carleton’s Special Education KG – 3: 1 - 3 Ring Binder, 1 set of 5 dividers, 1 package of WIDE ruled
notebook paper, 1 box of pencils, Dry Erase markers - any color and size, 4 pocket folders (any color), 1
box of tissues and1 box of wet wipes.
FOURTH GRADE: Here are the supplies to start the year. Your child will replenish these as the year
progresses. Four 100 page spiral notebooks in the colors of red, blue, purple, green; two plastic/laminated
pocket folders; 2 packs of paper; crayons or markers; 10 pencils and 2 red pens; 1pack of dry erase
markers; 2 highlighters; 1 hand held pencil sharpeners; 2 boxes of tissues; $7 cash for the order of a social
studies weekly newspaper study resource. Please bring the money to the teacher the first week of school.
FIFTH GRADE: 5 marble composition notebooks (not spirals), 5 two-pocket folders, 6 packages of #2
pencils, 1 package of highlighters, 1 package of colored pencils or crayons, 1 small pencil bag/box, block
erasers (at least 2), 1 pair of FISKARS scissors, 6 boxes of tissues, 1 package of COLORED copy paper.
Ms. Fields Special Education 4-5: 1 pack of dry erase markers, 2 boxes of pencils (#2), 1 pack of erasers,
pencil bag, NO MECHANICAL PENCILS, 1 ½ inch binder, two 100 page spiral notebooks, 2 packs of loose
leaf paper, 6 glue sticks, 2 RED pocket plastic folders, 3 boxes of tissue, 1 set of highlighters (assorted), 1
pencil bag (no pencil boxes), hand sanitizer, and 1 container of wet wipes.
