TERMS OF SERVICE
BILLING
-Payment must be made by the 1st of the month
-Late fee of $5.00 will be applied after the 10th
-Service will be interrupted if not paid by the last day of the month
LIMIT
-one (1) polycart or seven (7) 30 gallon bags not to exceed 75lbs per week
-Any extra bags will be $3.00 per bag
- Extra trash will be an extra charge- needs to be called into the office and paid
before picked up
o -The driver picks up the limit unless advised to pick up extra
o -We do pick up large bulk items – please refer to our web site

o -Please do not put out extra trash or large bulk items, unless prior
arrangements are made
o -All trash needs to be bagged, tied, and out to the curb by 6:00am
(unless prohibited by city ordinance)
o -Boxes need to be emptied, broken down, and tied together
o -Kitty litter and dog waste must be bagged – 10lbs limit per week
o –No construction material ( ie wood, drywall, tile, carpet, roofing,
bricks, etc)
o –No tires
o -No hazardous materials ie automotive batteries, motor oil, paint, etc
o -If trash is put out after 6:00 a.m. and after driver has been there, a
re-pick can be scheduled for a fee of $10.00
o -Trash service is for personal use only. Allowing another person to
place trash on your property for pick up is prohibited. If this is
discovered to be happening, service will be terminated without
refund
HOLIDAYS
-We run all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day
-Thanksgiving 2014 Thursday will be Friday Friday will be Saturday
-Christmas/New Year’s Day 2014 Thursday will be Friday, Friday will be
Saturday
PAYMENTS
-Mail to Briggs Disposal P.O. Box 572, Grain Valley, Mo 64029
-Drop payment off at the Post Office in Grain Valley, Mo 64029
-Pay by phone with Master Card or Visa
-Payment 2 months in advance
-No refunds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel anyone anytime.
POLYCARTS
-96 gallon
-We are not responsible for damage/lost of customer’s cans or lid
-Customer is responsible for the polycart
-The polycarts are Briggs Disposal’s property. If they are damaged, lost, or
stolen there will be a charge of $80.00
YARD WASTE PROGRAM
-The charge is $2.00 a bag (one (1) sticker) or $4.00 (two (2) stickers) for loose
yard waste in a can. The bags and cans must have a yard waste sticker on them.
-Yard waste stickers can be ordered through the office. They are sold in books
of 10 for $20.00
-Yard waste must be in plastic bags
-Bags cannot weigh more than forty (40) pounds
-Yard waste consists of grass clippings, leaves, small tree limbs, and twigs
-Tree limbs must be smaller than three (3) inches in diameter
-A bundle of twigs must be shorter than three (3) feet long and eighteen (18)
inches in diameter
-Yearly yard waste program is available for weekly pick up for $120.00 a year
-Must be paid in full
-Limit of eleveen (11) bags per week
-65 gal yard waste polycarts are available (one time delivery fee of 25.00)
- For personal use only- allowing another person to place yard waste on
your property for pick up is prohibited. If this is discovered to be
happening, service will be terminated without refund
