February 2013: this is the deadline by which the School must have Parts I and II of the form along
with the supporting documents. Please note that it is the applicant's responsibility to monitor the progress of the application and check that all Parts are completed: the University will not request references on your behalf from your referees, and your application will not be considered if both references are not received.
