Classrooms Safety Inspection Checklist Gippsland Campus Safety Officers/HSRs.at the Gippsland campus are asked to conduct a safety inspection of classrooms twice yearly. Extreme or high risk hazards identified must be addressed immediately using a Hazard/Near Miss Report which can be found at: http://federation.edu.au/staff/working-at-feduni/risk,-health-and-safety/forms-and-templates Other housekeeping or maintenance issues identified during safety inspections should be corrected on the spot or reported to Facilities Services. Please note: ITS are responsible for audio visual equipment. Report any faults to them on 5122 6291. Reflecting the level of risk, you may wish to include issues within the Annual OHS Plan for your department or others. This checklist provides guidance only. It is not intended as a definitive list for the identification of all hazards. Safety Officers/HSRs are asked to suggest any improvements to the checklist.
