Prom Fashion Show, 6:30 p.m., WHS Theater
March 19th
END OF 3RD QUARTER. Cumulative GPA at this time determines Honor Graduates and Class Rank.
Seniors must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 to qualify. Teachers must enter and post progress grades for
seniors. NO NC’s for Seniors at this time.
March 30-April 3rd
SPRING BREAK
April 7th
Students return to school after spring break.
April 8th
Parent Presentation on Senior Transition
April 10th
Spring Pep Assembly, 1:00 p.m., WHS Gym
TEACHERS will send names of seniors in danger of NOT GRADUATING to the counselling office.
April 11th
Prom, 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. - Place and Theme to be announced
After Prom: 12:00 to 2:00 a.m. (early morning on April 12 th), Boondocks
All Westminster High School Students MUST be academically eligible and must meet attendance
requirements to attend PROM (Passing all classes needed to graduate and not failing more than one class
plus not missing more than 2 full days from classes March 5 th-April10th)

Senior Picnic 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Place TBD

IB/AP Testing Window (there will be testing for graduating seniors after graduation ceremony)

MOVIN’ ON UP ASSEMBLY
LAST DAY OF CLASSES FOR SENIORS. All work for traditional and online classes must be completed by
the end of the day. ANY SENIOR not completing work by this date will NOT PARTICIPATE in the May 15 th
Graduation Ceremony. NO EXCEPTIONS! A summer graduation date has been scheduled for June 17 th.

Senior Awards Ceremony, 6:30 p.m. WHS Theater
May 14th
Senior Brunch 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Westminster Doubletree Hotel, 88th and Yates
Graduation Practice 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. WHS Gym
Cap and Gown pick up immediately following Practice
May 15th
GRADUATION! 6:00 p.m., First Bank Center, Broomfield
Graduates arrive at WHS at 3:30 p.m. to take pictures and line up for transportation to venue. ALL
graduates must ride with their class to graduation. They can go home with their families after the ceremony.
