The Mare Owner and S & G Stables agree to breed the above named mare to Dynamic Breeze for the fee of $ $650.00
(booked before January 2016) $750.00
(After January 2016) to include a non-refundable booking fee of $200.00
_ payable with this contract. Balance of the breeding fee, mare care & vet expenses will be payable upon receipt of an invoice or when mare leaves the farm, whichever is first. Payment to be made by certified check, money order, cash, MasterCard
& Visa. Breeder requires 24 hr advance notice when the Mare Owner wishes to remove his mare(s) from the farm. Breedings by cooled shipped semen will be shipped only upon receipt of
Breeding balance, shipping (FedEx and/or counter to counter) & container fee. (See #11- Cooled
Ship Semen section below)

Stallion Service Auctions & Association Futurity Breedings will be shipped and /or bred on farm with a $200 chute fee. Buyer to be responsible for shipping/container costs and /or farm mare care & vet expenses.

A Photostat copy of registration papers (both sides), a vet health certificate, worming, immunization records, and a current Coggins test (1 year) shall accompany mare. If not presented at time of mare’s arrival, the Breeder shall have the attending vet make the proper tests and evaluations at the Mare Owners expense, and mare will not be bred until these test results are in
Breeders possession.

Mare Owner agrees that each mare offered for breeding shall be in sound condition and free of infection & disease. Barren mares and mares open from previous season, must present clean culture before being bred.

Live Foal Guarantee - Live foal means the foal shall stand & nurse. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal, or if foal is born stillborn, a return season will be guaranteed the following year ONLY , with a $200 booking fee (on farm), providing proper notification is given. Proper notification shall be defined as follows: Written certification by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days that a mare has slipped or produced a nonviable foal. Mare must be checked in foal by Mare Owners veterinarian within 30 days of leaving the breeding farm and proof of Rhinopneumontis vaccinations at 5, 7 & 9 months are required. Failure to do so will void the Live Foal Guarantee.
6 The breeding season for this contract shall be March 21, 2016 – June 29, 2016
7 Waiver Of Liability.
The Breeder agrees to diligently try and settle the above named mare and shall have sole discretion of determining the best method of breeding such mare. Should Breeder believe at time of breeding, that ensuing breeding of mare would detriment to the health, welfare, and safety of the stallion or attendants, he has the right to refuse breeding. Breeder and their representatives and /or agents shall not be held responsible in any manner, including without limitation any losses, damages (direct or indirect), consequential or otherwise, for the failure of the mare to be bred to the stallion.

8 It is further agreed that should the stallion die, be sold by owners, or become unfit for service before covering the above named mare, or if the above named mare dies during the breeding season, then the Mare Owner may substitute another mare or breed to another stallion, owned by
S & G Stables, that is agreed to by both the Mare Owner and Breeder. If mare owner has paid an advanced breeding fee, then mare Owner will receive a refund for the paid breeding fees, less the non- refundable booking deposit.
9 A breeders certificate will be issued to Mare Owner after all expenses are paid in full and upon notification of the birth of the foal.
10 Accounts over ten (10) days past due shall be assessed a late fee of two percent (2%) per month on the outstanding balance.
11 This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors and personal representatives, and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State Of Ohio.
12 Cooled Shipped Semen a.
The Mare Owner shall contact S & G Stables 2 weeks prior to approximate insemination time with payment and shipping information, to include, name, express mail address, and phone of the veterinarian in charge of Mare insemination. b.
Shipment will take place when S & G Stables receives confirmation from Mare Owners vet that the mare has been checked and is ready to breed within 24 hrs. Semen to be ordered by phone by 3 PM , the evening PRIOR to collection day. Make sure you specify the mare’s name and type of shipment you need (overnight or counter to counter).
You may cancel that shipment up to 7 AM on the day of the shipment with no penalty.
The semen may be used ONLY for the designated mare. c.
Semen collections are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday , and will be shipped FedEx overnight or by same day air shipment. S & G Stables ships in the Equine
Express II Box Container. Each container will contain two - 30cc syringes for multiple inseminations during the same heat cycle. d.
Container, Shipping Fees, and balance of Breeding to be paid in full (US dollars) before any shipment will take place. e.
S & G Stables guarantees semen delivered to Mare Owners veterinarian is live and viable, unless damage occurs during shipment. Mare Owners veterinarian is responsible for proper timing and handling of insemination upon arrival. f.
Breeding Fee to include first time chute fee. If mare has not settled after 1 shipment,
Mare Owner may either bring mare to farm for AI @ $150 chute fee or pay additional charges of $200 chute fee and all shipping costs. g.
If mare fails to conceive with the use of cooled semen with in the current breeding season, Mare Owner has the option for return breeding the following season ONLY and will require a $200 chute fee. h.
Mare Owner will provide S & G Stable with the photocopy of the completed and signed
AQHA or APHA “Insemination Certificate” within 15 days from the last date of insemination. i.
Mare Owner agrees to have the mare pregnancy checked by a licensed veterinarian as soon as possible, and will notify S & G Stables when the mare is checked safely in foal. j.
A breeders Certificate or Transported Semen Breeders Certificate will be issued for the foal conceived by this mating when stallion fee and all other expenses have been paid in full and mare has produced a live foal by this mating.
