son/daughter to the Club.
The Club provides opportunities for young people between the ages of Lowest Age and
Highest Age to receive coaching, training and competition. All coaches are certified within
USA Canoe Kayak Coaching Education program. In addition, all coaches have been screened
for their suitability to work with young people.
Our Club is [presently applying for/has been accredited with] USA Canoe Kayak’s Club
Recognition Program. This accreditation is awarded to a Club by the National Governing
Body – USA C/K – when the Club is able to demonstrate that it meets the evidences
associated with these four criteria: Club Management; Club Programming; Community
Outreach and Safe Sport Practices. The Club Recognition Program is an acknowledgement
that we as a Club strive to provide a high quality and welcoming environment for young
people in our sport of Canoe and Kayak.
We welcome parents to all training and competitions and value your support. We are keen
to try and involve parents in the Club. We would like to invite you to the Club Meet and
Greet evening on
