Ellna M Rotman (TenBrink), age 91, went to heaven on Easter. What a blessed day! She will be welcomed into heaven by her Savior and her husband, Jay Rotman and family members, John, Steve, Jason, Linda, and Katie. She will be lovingly remembered by her family of 10 children: Floyd & Jenny Forner, Jim Rotman, Nelson & Betsy Hansen, Mel & Joan Rotman, John & Rosemary Nuland, Pete & Eloise Jacobus, Bob & Jan Homan, Dave & Jan Rotman, Cal Rotman, Tim & Marla Rotman. Her grandchildren are: Tim & Pam Van Eck, Phil & Diane Forner, Mike & Patti Buist, Jeff & Lori Ann Rotman, Deb Rotman, Scott & Cindy Pikaart, Doug & Jamie Dekker, Dean & Jill Boomstra, Dave & Sheri Newenhouse, Todd & Tami Sneller, Brent & Holly Heeres, Glenn & Becky Kortman, Keith & Jill Van Eck, Matt & Brenda Van Eck, Murray & Stephanie Williams, Benji & Ashley Zimmerman, Brad & Autumn Zimmerman, Toby Rotman, Noah Rotman, Caleb Rotman, Zeke Rotman, and Sawyer Rotman. She also had many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Her descendants total over 100. Her extended family are Joe & Ruth Rotman, Ralph Rotman, Francis Elzinga, Joan Ryder, Marge Ten Brink, Jo Ten Brink, Jean Ten Brink, and Ruby Ten Brink. She was a great Christian mom, church volunteer, camp counselor, and camp cook at Cran Hill Ranch. In addition, after raising 10 children, she was the catering cook for Grand Valley State University. We are so thankful for the staff at Beachside - Oak Crest in Holland for the care they gave our mother. What a wonderful gift you gave her! Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24 at Spring Valley Church, 5947 Lake Michigan Dr, Allendale, MI at 1 PM. Her son, Pastor Tim Rotman will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Cran Hill Camper Scholarship Fund. The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, April 23 at from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM at: Matthysse-Kuiper, 6651 Scott St, Allendale, MI
