LEIGH ANN BLEVINS TWOMBLY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Leigh Ann Twombly was a member of the Doniphan West
community and parent of four Doniphan West High School graduates:
Seth, Cameron, Luke and Scotti. Leigh Ann loved to sing, laugh, be with
family, and read the Bible. Her friendly smile, warm greeting, and
optimism made a lasting impression on the local community.
Criteria:
 Senior at Doniphan West High School.
 2.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. (Please attach
high school transcript)
 Complete graduation requirements at DWHS.
 Applicant must be enrolled full time (12 credit hours equivalent)
at a trade or technical school, community college, college or
university.
Payment Procedures:
Two (2). $500 non-renewable scholarships will be awarded and mailed
to the school of the recipient’s choice.
Process and Procedure:
 Complete scholarship application and essay.
 One letter of recommendation from a teacher or administrator at
Doniphan West High School.
 Deadline for application is April 15th submitted to Doniphan West
High School, Attention: Counselor, 402 East Main Street, Highland,
KS 66035.
