As we all know that fossil fuel is getting less all over the world, so a new type of engine is imperative under nowadays circumstance. Chaser is absolutely a new kind of engine----fuel cell which means that it is potentially an upmarket product. Our products endeavor to promote the “faster and environmental friendly” image which is also our company’s faith. Now please allow me to introduce the advantages of our product. It is very quiet, almost have no engine noise, clean,amazing acceleration speed,long cruising ability. Although chaser has so many outstanding characteristics, it has a much more modest price tag than any other kind of engines. We have made a meticulous preparation before this announcement, from design, marketing demand, budget and so on. The whole process really took us a long time but we think it worth because we want to show you the best we can do. Now let our team introduces the details about it. First, let’s welcome the manager of the marketing department, Hanpeijuan, to give us a brief introduction about the background of the engine market. In order to reduce vehicle emissions, major automakers have begun to pursue the fun of driving in the base of respecting environment, today our group is to design eco-friendly cars. First of all, let us make a survey about the market-oriented environmental cars. We found that popular green cars are divided into three categories. They are hybrid electric vehicle ( HEV ) 、 electric vehicle ( EV ) and fuel cell vehicle(FCV). First, what’s hybrid electric vehicle (HEV )? hybrid electric vehicle can meet the high requirements of low fuel consumption、low emissions. Its power system’s working principle of HEV is the same as the traditional gasoline car, also needs petrol. What is unique about it is the two different power sources (engine and motor). The working principle of HEV is as following: When the car is in a stationary state, it will shut down the entire power system; it only uses motor when starting; When driving at full speed, the engine and electric motor are both working. When braking, the vehicle's kinetic energy can change into electricity and be stored in the battery. From the working principles of the HEV, we can see that it can save much more energy especially when there is a traffic jam. So it has the advantage of class-leading fuel efficiency、impressive seamless acceleration、world-class low emissions、 surprisingly silent performance because of the combination of engine and motor. Then, what is electric vehicle? Electric vehicles (EV) will use the electrical energy stored in the battery to drive the motor and the car, which is very convenient because the household power can charge the EV. So the advantage of EV is obvious. Under the same conditions, the cost of EV is less than half of the traditional automobiles. Electric cars have no emissions at runtime, so won't cause pollution to the air. And electric cars are much quieter than traditional cars. There are so many advantages about HEV and EV, how about the market situation about them? Next I will introduce some models, For examples, BYD·Qin, the price is about 200,000、Buick lacrosse·eAssist, price is 265,900-285,900、 Lexus·CT200h, price is 279,000-416,000、 Camry·Honour, price is 259,800-329,800、 BYD·E6, price is 369,800, the numbers and models of the green cars are very limited, because there are some disadvantages about them inhabited them becoming widespread. For HEV, the car carries an internal combustion engine, which could generate carbon emissions and produce pollution to the environment. And it’s much more expensive than the traditional cars. Then for EV, after a full charge, their travel distance is quite limited. The charge time for electric vehicles is longer than the traditional cars filled up. And electric vehicles’ battery needs a lot of rare metal, which is one of the reasons for its high cost. Then from the standpoint of the industrial chain, HEV and EV are not low carbon. The CO2 emission of cars are from two parts: WTT(well to tank) and TTW(tank to wheel), the TTW of electric cars is zero, the number of CO2 emission depends on the energy generated. From the chart below, we can see that our country’s WTT is relatively high and our country’s electricity most comes from thermal power, which can generate much more CO2. So the development of HEV and EV will not receive very good effect in our country. So we must design a car that can conform to the economic benefits and environmental benefits for its popularity. Today our group will design a new kind of green cars in the base of the survey about HEV and EV. We will still go for a green route and overcome their shortcomings. That’s the fuel cell vehicles, so we believe the next 100 years will be the market of FCV. Now, here cames the most significant part technique department. Pss and Xie are our chief engineers, they will introduce the kernel of the fuel cell from two different parts which are hydrogen store and theory of the fuel cell. Hello, everyone, I am Xie Tianxi, I am glad to share this advanced vehicle with everyone. It is impossible to mention Fell cell vehicle without mention these two moments. The first one is the Modern Tucson FCV formal land in California market on June 10, 2014. The second one is the Toyata Mirai FCV on market on December 15, 2014. Since then, FCV formal entered the public eye. Recently, through our company team hard study, Chaser FCV has been successfully landed. This Fuel Cell Vehicle is one of the types of electric vehicles. Through the chemistry reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, rather than by burning, the Fuel Cell directly turns energy into electric power. The results of the Fuel cell reaction will produce little carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and water, therefore it is called new green environment friendly vehicle. Next, let me introduce the chassis structure and working principle of FCV to everyone. From this picture, we can see that the fuel cell is located under the front seat, motor is located in the engine compartment, the energy storage battery located the rear of the vehicle. Hydrogen, as a fuel in the fuel cell vehicle, react with oxygen and generate electricity directly drive motor. The mechanical transmission structure of the vehicle driven by electric motor, and drive the car's front axle and other mechanical structure, so as to drive electric vehicle. Through power control unit, Power that Motor will gain for energy recovery is stored in power battery. From the discussion above, we can find the following characters: 1 No noise Without the engine running noise, Fuel cell is very quiet. 2 Environment friendly Through the chemistry reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, the Fuel Cell vehicle directly turns energy into electric power, the results of reaction will produce water. 3 Long cruising ability The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle filled up only requires 3 minutes that the vehicle can be run more than 650 km。 4 Low cost The price of this vehicle is $60000. To support clean energy vehicles used popularly, providing $18000 in subsidies, the actual payment of about $42000。 Petrol car need filling station, the same as it, FCV also need hydrogen refueling station. CEO of Daimler AG in German has said that at present the bottleneck of the promotion of HFCV mainly is infrastructure, only if there are enough hydrogen refueling stations, users will be willing to choose FCV. So hydrogen refueling station should be focused mainly. This picture is Anting hydrogen refueling station in Shanghai. Now I am going to introduce you about details of hydrogen refueling station. Here is the global distribution of hydrogen refueling station; the blue point is symbolized stations in operation, the orange ones planed. We can see from it that stations are mainly distributed in the United States, Japan and Europe countries like German. A related report shows that there are 184 stations in operation all over the world as of 2015.03, and 47 stations are planned to set up or are setting up. It indicates that HFCV has already been promoted by developed countries. Look at the structure of hydrogen refueling station; here we can see it consists of production system, compression system, storage system and filling system. And production system and storage system are keys to stations. Next I will show them, representatively. Cars require hydrogen purity is equal or greater than 99.99%, and strictly control the content of impurities, such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide. To get hydrogen, there are several approaches to make it just as ppt shows. The second one and the third one are mature and environmentally friendly. Especially the second one, it can utilize power from sustainable energy sources, like solar and wind. Since the former suits for small and medium-sized station, the later one is for large-scale one. And our testing is medium-sized, so the corresponding station is also medium-sized. Then water electrolysis is choosing. Hydrogen storage has respect to safety of stations. There are three methods; high-pressure gas storage is the most mature technology which is used by Toyota successfully. Even low-temperature liquid storage can make better but this progress will bring high cost and it need special materials to storage hydrogen. Look at these two pictures, the former is simpler than the later one, which can cut the cost largely. There is also another way to storage hydrogen----utilizes hydrogen-reserving metal, it’s promising but it can only used in lab. So we choose high-pressure gas storage, whose pressure is 700bar for hydrogen storage. Then is the HFCV testing, this time, our cooperation set this test in Tianjin, taking two years, one station will contain four hydrogen-filling dispensers, per dispenser can fill 4~6 cars an hour, taking 3 min for one car to be filling fully. So for 100 cars, three stations with 12 hydrogen-filling dispensers are enough. According to population distribution in Tianjin, the stations are set up in Heping District, Wuqing District and Ninghe County. Furthermore, we have done a lot of research about customers’ demands after the product design and we make a detailed budget, here cames our financial manager, Sunjian. Budget about economy, market prospect and payback of FCV Hello everyone, I will introduce to you the budget about economy, market and payback of FCV. This is the main contents I will state. The first part is cost budget of our whole project. The next part is market prospect of FCV. And the last part is long-time payback of our product. Let us begin the first part. Cost budget is mainly divided into two parts, the cost of auto body and engineering cost of hydrogen refueling station. We are doing to trial run 100 vehicles and the unit price is 380 thousand yuan. Each vehicle will get 108 thousands government subsides, so the total cost of auto-body is 272 million. We plan to build 3 hydrogen refueling station, the total cost is 23.4 million. So we need to invest about 295.4 million yuan altogether. I will introduce market prospect in following several aspect. Green power FCV uses the prompting of oxygen and hydrogen to react to produce electric power, which has the advantage of zero emissions. It conforms to the theme of environmental protection and energy saving. Therefore, Chasers will be loved by consumers and be supported by our government. The release of safety standards The release of safety standards will further promote the development of HCV. As the release of safety standards, the security of FCV is guaranteed and FCV market will be in the golden development period. Countries’ fierce competition for market The latest figures show that the global FCV market share will be up to 180 billion yuan in the next 10 years. It is worth mentioning China has developed a new generation of fuel cell bus system technology platform and becomes one of few countries who master key development technology. The last part is about long-time payback of our product. Environmental benefits The product of hydrogen combustion is water which will not pollute the environment. It can truly achieve the goal of zero pollution. This advantage can’t be matched by ordinary fuel car. There is no doubt that green environmental protection industry will get advantage in the market competition. Sustainable economy reward First, FCV will be certainly into the rapid development period in the future, so it is a great development opportunity for our company. If we master the core technology, we can grasp the market initiative for a long time. Next, FCV will drive the development of hydrogen storage and hydrogen transport, so the key technology of the related equipment is also an important source of economy payback.
