NOMINATION PROCEDURES Beedie Undergraduate Alumni Impact Award Simon Fraser University alumni, students, faculty, staff and members of the general community are invited to nominate candidates for the Beedie Undergraduate Alumni Impact Award. The Beedie Undergraduate Alumni Impact Award is an annual award that recognizes a Beedie undergraduate alumnus for excellence, leadership, and innovation in their achievements and contributions to the social, educational and economic well-being of current Beedie students or fellow Beedie alumni. “Impact” on current Beedie students or alumni will be characterized by qualities including but not limited to: Innovative and effective approaches to challenging problems Consistent and comprehensive record of excellence and achievement beyond the norm Ongoing and positive effect on a Beedie initiative, program, student group, alumni group on a voluntary basis Enrich the lives of current Beedie students or fellow Beedie alumni through their time, talent, or resources Candidate must be the recipient of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University Nominations must include the name, address, and telephone number and email address of the nominator, and supporting information on the nominee. Confidentiality is assured: Nominations will be handled in a confidential and secure manner. The selection committee does not inform nominees of their nomination or status unless they are selected as a recipient. Nominators may, at their discretion, inform nominees that they have been nominated. Please complete the nomination form fully and legibly and attach/enclose supporting documentation. Please ensure that the material you provide is legible. If we feel the nomination package is not complete or informative enough, we may contact you for more information.
