Non-surgical thread lift (Mini-thread ultra-V)
WHAT IS IT?
Facelift without surgery. New lifting method based on the implanting of multiple mini-threads,
creating a network, which acts as support for the tissue.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The threads are made from polydioxanone, which is degraded naturally within the body. The
Mini-Threads are implanted by inserting multiple small needles carrying the threads inside. The
needles are then removed and the thread is left under the skin. The implantation of the minithreads stimulates the production of collagen and elastin and creates a network of support
under the skin. This results in visible lifting and stimulates skin rejuvenation, improving elasticity,
wrinkles and loose skin.
IS IT PAINFUL?
It only requires local topical anaesthetic and the treatment is practically painless. There is no
need for hospitalization or sedation.
WHEN WILL I SEE THE RESULTS?
While the effects are visible shortly after treatment, they are most effective within approximately
2 months after application.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Depends on medical and personal factors, however it is estimated to be 6 – 18 months.
HOW LONG IS THE DOWNTIME?
Downtime is minimal, however you may experience some slight bruising or swelling in the days
following your procedure and some mild tension in the areas that have been elevated. Exercise
is not recommended for a couple of weeks.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Amount of threads and technique depends on the individual and the desired final look. As a
result a consultation is needed. Consultation is free. Typically a full face treatment costs £800.

distinctions, She is a fully GMC registered Cosmetic Doctor. She is a member of the British
