To become Life Institutional Members of Mining Engineers’ Association of India, the following are
the details and privileges:
1. Any organization or Company or Corporation or Firm related to mining or allied Industries
is eligible to enroll as Life Institutional Member for life and is eligible for certain additional
privileges.

PRIVILEGES TO BE GIVEN LIFE INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER (L.I.M)
1. One member representative of the L.I.M. shall be invited to participate in annual general
meeting (A.G.M.)
2. 25% concession in tariff will be given to L.I.M. for the advertisement to be published in
official organ “Mining Engineers’ Journal”.
3. For publicity, updated list of the L.I.M. be published in the “Mining Engineers’ Journal” once
in every 6 months. This would give publicity to L.I.M. organizations and may help other
Institutions/Organizations to become Institutional members.
4. At the registered office of the association and the secretariat (Head Quarters) and in Annual
General Meeting (A.G.M.) a list of L.I.M.s will be displayed. The respective chapters will also
display a list of the L.I.M.s in their offices and during the events.
5. The L.I.M.s will be considered for 50% concession in delegate fee for any one seminar in a
year conducted under the aegis of MEAI.
6. As the certificates are given to the Institutional members, Life Institutional Members will be
considered for a suitable memento with a prominent logo of the MEAI on it in addition to
certificate of Institutional membership.
The advertisement tariff for publication in the monthly Mining Engineers’ Journal is also attached.
