Location: Hingham High School
Senior Night is a parent, community, and PTO sponsored event for all HHS 2014 graduating seniors. It is a fun,
safe, and supervised event with great food, entertainment, activities and prizes. Graduating seniors, make
your last night at Hingham High School an exciting and memorable experience!

STUDENT AGREEMENT
I understand that my participation in Hingham High School’s Senior Night 2014 is a voluntary activity and that all HHS rules of
conduct are in effect. If I violate any of the HHS rules of conduct, I may forfeit the right to attend Senior Night, my parents will be
notified and I will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

LIABILITY RELEASE
I agree that the Hingham High School Senior Night 2014 committee and volunteers will not be held liable for injury or illness incurred
while in attendance at Senior Night 2014. In case of injury, and if unable to reach parents or guardian by phone, I understand
Hingham High School and/or the Senior Night 2014 committee will seek medical assistance as deemed necessary. A PARENT MUST
SIGN MEDICAL LIABILITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE STUDENT IS 18 YEARS OF AGE.

attention as the above named student may require during the Hingham High School 2014 Senior Night,
including the transfer of above named student to a nearby hospital for the administration of emergency
treatment as may be deemed necessary by medical personnel.

Night, I/We agree to assume all risks incidental to the event and agree to exonerate, indemnify, and hold
harmless the Hingham High School 2014 Senior Night Committee including its officers, committee members,
volunteers and anyone assisting in the carrying out of said event, from and against any and all liability, loss,
damage, injury, costs, claims, demands, and/or causes of action arising out of or related to the event or any
related activities, or conditions created thereby. I have read the 2014 Senior Night Party Guidelines and

2014 SENIOR NIGHT GUIDELINES
IMPORTANT - PLEASE REVIEW WITH YOUR SENIOR
1. All members of the senior class are invited to the all-night Senior Celebration on graduation night, May
31, 2014 from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. at Hingham High School. There will be music, entertainment,
and food throughout the night.
2. No students other than Hingham High School seniors will be admitted to the party. Check-in at Union
Street Entrance of school (near Auditorium) only.
3. Medical Consent & Release Form needs to be received by John Mischik, prior to May 31st. Students
will not be admitted to the party without this form on file.
4. The deadline for admittance is 11:30 p.m. Parents of students who have not checked in by 11:30 p.m.
will receive a phone call from the Senior Night Committee informing them that their student has not
arrived. If you know that your student will not be attending Senior Night please contact John Mischik or
Kristen Arute prior to event.
5. The only authorized entrance and exit to Hingham High School will be the Union Street entrance by the
auditorium. It is strongly recommended that students be dropped off and picked up for this event. All
seniors who do drive to the party should park their cars in the Union Street parking lots.
6. There will be no smoking allowed at the party or on Hingham High School property.
7. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not allowed anywhere on school property. Any Hingham
High School senior suspected of alcohol and/or drug abuse at the time of their arrival at the event will
not be admitted into the event and their parent/guardian will immediately be notified and the
parent/guardian will be responsible for their student.
8. Any prescribed medication will be presented at the time of arrival in the original bottle issued by the
pharmacy with the student’s name on it.
9. Any student may leave the party at any time during the evening provided that one of the Senior Night
Co-Chairs or SN'14 Committee Members contact the student’s parent/guardian to come sign them out.
NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THEMSELVES HOME BEORE THE END OF THE PARTY AT 5:00
a.m. If a student chooses to leave early their parent/guardian must pick up the student at the Union
Street entrance. No students will be readmitted to the event once they leave. If necessary, student
cars may be left in the parking lot until the next day.
10. After arrival and check-in at the high school, any student leaving the Senior Night Party will not be
readmitted. The Senior Night Committee members reserve the right to check all handbags etc. before
admittance. All items will be stowed in a secure room for safekeeping until the end of the party. DO
NOT BRING BACKPACKS, PILLOWS, BLANKETS, SNACKS, and DRINKS etc.
