All tuition is paid through FACTS Tuition Management, an automatic debit from your checking or
savings account that occurs on either the 5th or 20th of every month. An annual processing fee will
be debited from the account of each family on the FACTS prior to the first payment. There is a 3%
discount for tuition that is paid in full before August 15th.
Additional Fees
Registration: Due - May 15, 2015
The registration fee includes book fees, standardized testing, and classroom materials. It cannot be
added to FACTS monthly payments. This is a non-refundable fee.
 $450 for the first student
 $400 for each additional students
8th Grade Graduation Fee: $225 - Due February 1, 2016
7th Grade Special Event Fee: $100 - Due April 1, 2016
Fundraising Assessment: Tuition and fees do not cover the entire cost of educating a student. The
difference must be made up through fundraising. A commitment of $500 per family is required.
This obligation can be met through participation in major fundraisers, Jog-A-Thon, candy sales, or
direct payment.
Service Hours: Each family is required to do 35 service hours annually. Five hours must be
completed helping with yard duty (12-1pm). Only up to 25 hours can be completed at fiesta.
Uncompleted hours are charged at $25 per hour. Service hours must be completed by June 3, 2016
to avoid being charged any fee.
Daycare: Morning Care Only (6:30am – 7:45am)- $45
After School Only (until 6pm)- $180
Fridays Only including any half days- $100
Drop-in Fee- $25 a day per child
2 or more children- $200
Bounced Check: Any check bounced check is subject to a $20 fee.

As a parent with my child enrolled at Our Lady of the Valley School, I understand that
receiving tuition assistance for this school year does not guarantee that I will receive it the
following school year. I understand that the school will keep the status and exact details of my
negotiated tuition confidential. In addition, I agree to hold confidential the assistance and all
details of any tuition adjustment agreed upon. I am aware that because I am receiving
additional assistance I have a different fundraising assessment of $650 and must complete a
total of 45 service hours.
