4 recent passport-size (3x4 cm) photos;
Bank statement showing paid the Application Fee of 200 EUR (non-refundable)***;
15. Bank statement providing evidence of ability to support oneself for the duration of the studies (to cover
tuition fees and living costs, including return transport, etc.) or letter of financial guarantee from
parents/sponsors to reflect their commitment to provide financial support to the future student during
the period of his/her entire studies and the extract from the bank account of parents/sponsors about the
income held;
16. Traveler’s health insurance policy valid for no less than one month from the beginning of studies;
17. Housing application.

* In some cases there is a need for the applicant to contact SKVC (Center for Quality Assessment in Higher Education) that
verifies and assesses the qualifications of applicants. For more information please contact admission@ku.lt and read
about Recognition of qualifications. If you are asked to go through the SKVC procedure, please don’t forget to add
admission@ku.lt as a contact e-mail address of Klaipėda University in the second section of the Application Form for
Academic Recognition of Foreign Qualification (an e-mail address of this person should be provided under section 2.
Qualification submitted for recognition, under “Additional information”).
** If you do not have a valid certificate proving English language proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) you can take an
exam organized by Klaipėda University (please mark appropriate answer in Application Form section 3. Language
competence) OR you can provide an academic certificate issued by Klaipėda University proving passed final English
language exam at the end of the foundation course organized by Klaipėda University.
