Roll Call: Roll call of the board members was taken and all members were present

Quorum: A quorum was determined
Approval of Minutes: The minutes for January were approved

Treasurers Report: $18,500 in the bank.. There is still $26,000 outstanding. Peewee
AA is paid in full. We are still working on collecting past dues, they are coming in.
There was a question regarding a discount for paying in full, early commitment
discount or sibling discount. We can look into this but will be asking for money
earlier next fall. Anyone not paid will be turned into SAHOF and not released.
Old Business: Banquet is scheduled March 15, please RSVP by March 15. If player
has 3.5 GPA, let them know along with tshirt size.
New Business: Spring Tryouts are March 4 for Squirts at 6:30 and Bantam at 7:45.
March 6 is Peewee at 6:30 and U16 at 7:45. U18 no CFHL for spring so Freddie is
doing in house program with 5 on 5 with the Juniors.
Hockey directors decided players should move up the their fall level of play in the
spring. New tryout fee is $25. Teams cannot bring in new kids after 2 weeks. They
may do a tournament at the end of spring.

Peewee A-Mike Canacari (current USF Bulls coach)
Peewee AA-Mike Bridges and Fred Eaton
Bantam A-Mike Bridges
Bantam AA-Fred Eaton
U16-Jody Peavey
Teams should be 18 kids max. Coach Petey doesn’t work for MYTH but he may do
clinics.
Fees are $700.
Spring practice times are:
Tuesdays
6:15 PWAA
6:30 PWA
7:30 Bantam A
7:45 Bantam AA
Thursday 7:30 U16
All are 1 hour full ice
Clinics for spring are:
Monday SQ and PW 6:30
Monday 7:15 18AA/ Jr pickup
Monday 7:15 Bantam /Midget clinic
Thursdays 6:30 PW/Bantam
