To receive apologies and to confirm that any

Comments
It was RECOMMENDED that the apologies be
accepted.

To deal with any matters arising from the Minutes
of the last meeting of 25 March 2014 and note
updates.
Minutes for 25 March were not included in agenda
papers so postponed to next meeting.

To make recommendations on the following
planning applications:
1) 56/0680/14/F – Removal of existing cycle
parking facilities and installation of halfheight shelters, full-height shelters and
individual cycle stands. Totnes Railway
Station TQ9 5JR. Applicant: Devon County
Council (Planning Officer: Chris Mitchell)
No objection
2) 56/0813/14/F - Householder application
for rear extension. 5 Alexandra Terrace,

The Committee would also like to request a policy
from SHDC on the ratio of A1 to A3 units in town.
The Committee would also like to know what pp is
required by Wild Fig/United Church for the tables in
the forecourt.
