Inaugural Session: Inaugural Session of 22nd Conference of All India State Bank of Patiala Employees’
Federation and 8th Conference of State Bank of Patiala Employees’ Union (Punjab State) will be held on
10th October, 2015 at 02:00 PM at Malwa Theatre, The Mall, Patiala, as per programme given here below:

Inaugural Session will start with the Welcome Address by Com. Nirmal Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, Reception
Committee and General Secretary, AITUC (Punjab). Thereafter, Com. C.H. Venkatachalam, General Secretary,
AIBEA will Inaugurate the Conference and other eminent speakers, Com. Rajen Nagar, President, AIBEA, Shri.
S.A. Ramesh Rangan, Managing Director, State Bank of Patiala, Com. Atul Anjan, General Secretary, All India
Kissan Sabha including other office bearers from AIBEA, Punjab Bank Employees’ Federation, Haryana Bank
Employees’ Federation and AITUC, will address the Inaugural Session.
Delegate Session on 11th October, 2015 at 09:30 AM: Joint Delegate Session of All India State Bank of
Patiala Employees’ Federation and SBOP Employees’ Union (PB. State) will start, in which General Secretary
Report will be presented for delegates to deliberate, thereafter, the same will be placed before the house for
adoption. The Joint Session will also be addressed by the leaders of SSBEA. After the lunch break, a separate
session of All India SBOP Employees’ Federation and SBOP Employees’ Union (PB. State) to transect other
items of the agenda will be held and the delegate session will be concluded by 05:00 P.M.
Election of Delegates: We have already circulated the agenda of the 22nd Conference of All India State Bank
of Patiala Employees’ Federation vide Circular No. 50/2015 dated 28th August, 2015 and regarding 8th
Conference of SBOP Employees’ Union (Pb. State) vide Circular No. 02/2015 dated 28th August, 2015. As per
the circular, election of the delegates is to be completed before 20th September,2015. We therefore, request
you to complete the process accordingly and send us the names of delegates duly signed by the respective
units on the Performa enclosed with the circulars already sent.
Stay Arrangements: We have already made stay arrangements for more than 500 delegates for 10th
October, 2015 (Night) and have requested all our office bearers to send us specific requirement of the stay
arrangement well in time, so that we may extend it further in case of need.
Information of Booking of Vehicles/Railway Tickets: Elaborated arrangement will be made for parking
of vehicles at various places and prior intimation should be given to the Central Office so that proper stickers
may be provided for the vehicles coming on the day to avoid inconvenience. Delegates coming by Train or by
buses will Report at Parbhat Parvana T.U.Centre, Baradari Gardens, Opposite Circuit House, Patiala, where
volunteers will allot them venue for stay.
Comrades, more than 200 Volunteers are making day night preparations to welcome more than 5000
delegates and observers from all corners of the country. We therefore seek your co-operation and request you
to take it as a task in mobilizing each and every member for contributing and to make this Conference a grand
