YOUR STUDENT’S MEAL ACCOUNT:
Upon enrollment into CCISD, all students are assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which
corresponds to their personal meal account. This PIN will remain the same every year, as long as they are
enrolled in CCISD. It is the parent’s responsibility to maintain the student’s account.
** Money can be deposited by:
1. Visiting www.parentonline.net, calling Parent Online @ 855-729-2328 or going to Child Nutrition
Department webpage & clicking on the Parent Online icon.
o View your student’s cafeteria account balance & purchases
o Make secure online payments. Payments may take up to 24 hours to appear in your student’s
account.
o Set up hassle-free automatic payments for each student & spending limits
o Receive low balance e-mail messages
o Manage your student’s a la carte purchases
o BONUS: The Child Nutrition Department will apply a 15% bonus to each student’s account for any
online payment of $100 or more to a single account.
* Bonus money is not refundable or transferable.
2. Sending cash or a check
o Change cannot be given for $50 or $100 bills.
o Make checks payable to CCISD Child Nutrition. Checks must include your child’s full name & PIN,
as well as the check writer’s full name, physical address and phone number. Checks may not be
written for over $150.00.
o Checks may be written for $150 or less.

call your student’s cafeteria manager, or call the Child Nutrition Department office @ 281-284-0700.

STUDENT DIET ACCOMMODATIONS:
The CCISD Child Nutrition Department will only accommodate school meals for students with physician documented
medical conditions (e.g., life threatening food allergies). To request meal modifications for your student in the cafeteria for
the 2015-2016 school year, please contact your campus administrator.
MEAL BENEFITS APPLICATIONS:
Free & reduced-price meals are available for students who qualify. A new application must be submitted each
school year. Complete only 1 application per household.
**There are 4 ways to submit an application for the 2015-2016 school year:
1. Online: Applications can be completed online at http://mealbenefits.ccisd.net or by
visiting the CCISD website, clicking on the “Menus” icon & then clicking on the “Meal Benefits” icon.
This is the fastest way to have your application processed; as it only takes 1 to 2 business days. Detailed
instructions can be found by clicking on “How to Apply Online 2015-2016”.
2. Paper Application: Paper applications may be obtained from your student’s school front office or at the
Child Nutrition office located at 2145 W. Nasa Blvd., Webster, TX 77598. These applications may take up
to 10 business days to process.
3. Direct Certification: The state agency will notify CCISD of student who qualify based on the
Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF),
or the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). Benefits are updated monthly.
4. Homeless: Please contact your student’s school for further information.
*Please note: If your student was approved for benefits for the 2014-2015 school year,
a new application must be completed by October 5, 2015 or benefits will expire.
