A quorum being present, Mayor Fogg called the meeting to order.

Sicinski - Wyand: That the agenda be approved as amended:

MINUTES:

Lundgren – Sicinski: That the minutes of the Tuesday, February 17, 2015 regular meeting of
Town Council be approved as amended.
Carried
ACCOUNTS:
Mayor Fogg declared a pecuniary interest and left the meeting. Deputy Mayor Sicinski takes the
chair.

Wyand - Lundgren: That the account to Home Hardware amounting to $162.71 and numbering
22601 as annexed hereto be approved for payment.
Carried
Mayor Fogg returned to the meeting and takes the chair.

Kotzer – Sicinski: That the Town accounts amounting to $38,109.02 and numbering 22593 to
22619 be annexed hereto be approved for payment.

TOWN FOREMAN’S REPORT:

Wyand - Sicinski: That the Town Forman sends an email to the care home re: sump pumps and
attaches the bylaw.

Lundgren - Kotzer: That the verbal Town Foreman’s report presented by Karlis Van
Caeseele be acknowledged.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Wyand – Sicinski: that we give J. Weinheimer a raise to $20.00 an hour as of January 1,
2015with an increase of $1.00 per hour after the successful completion of each of her LGA
classes.

Sicinski – Wyand: that all the Forman, outdoor staff and CAO receive a 3% increase effective
January 1, 2015.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Lundgren – Sicinski: THAT application be made to the Local Government Committee for
permission to borrow the sum of $235,000.00 in 2015 repayable over a period of 10 years, for
the purpose of purchasing a new fire truck;
AND that the amount of the said debt shall be payable in 10 installments of $23,500.00, in the
years 2015 to 2024 inclusive, with interest payable at a rate to be approved by Local Government
Committee, Saskatchewan Municipal Board.

the channel clearing expense into budget and will let them know how we are going to pay for it
