TRELLEBORG LAUNCHES NEW EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN SYSTEMS AT
KORMARINE
Trelleborg’s marine systems operation will be demonstrating its new Integrated Ship
Shore Link (SSL) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESDS) for the marine LNG industry
at Kormarine at the BEXCO (Busan Exhibition & Convention Center) in Busan, Korea
from the 20th to 23rd October.
Richard Hepworth, President of Trelleborg’s marine systems operation, says: “We have a
major center in Busan supporting all of our Oil and Gas Transfer and Vessel Technology
products, so it’s great to be able to attend such a large and prestigious international
show, locally.
“Representatives from our Busan office, and from the wider business, will be on stand to
meet attendees and discuss the latest developments in the Korean market, as well as
our experiences in the LNG industry globally.”
Kormarine covers international marine, shipbuilding, offshore and oil and gas industries.
As well as the new integrated ESDS/SSL system, Trelleborg will also be showcasing its
ship performance technology and discussing the company’s Worldwide Service capability.
